Even law students would know that this application would fail from the start because it never had substantive or procedural integrity. Don't undermine the MK Party. Zuma is taking these matters to the Constitutional Court, knowing full well that they have to fail in terms of just laws, but that he can then present to his followers that he's being "unfairly treated" by the Constitutional Court to make it seem like there's a conspiracy against him, the MK Party and his followers. 95% of South Africans don't know the law so they'll feel he's being targeted and his support will grow. Zuma's legal team are surely made up of top highly paid lawyers. They understand the law and legal process. Even law students would know that this application would fail from the start because it never had substantive or procedural integrity.
Don't undermine the MK Party. Zuma is taking these matters to the Constitutional Court, knowing full well that they have to fail in terms of just laws, but that he can then present to his followers that he's being "unfairly treated" by the Constitutional Court to make it seem like there's a conspiracy against him, the MK Party and his followers. 95% of South Africans don't know the law so they'll feel he's being targeted and his support will grow. That's how he'll get people to hate the Constitution and help to get rid of it. The man is a genius 😂
Without the Constitution, who can then control Zuma or direct him to use State funds for the people?!
