BEVERLY HII JAMAICA. I was watching the video of Beverly Hill Jamaica and i had noticed that the people had built beautiful big houses. There are a lots of people living in Beverly Hills and i think there should be a shopping centre, a Hospital, clinic, Fire station,Police station, have a piece of land to build a Cemetery, put the necessay things that the community needs because theyre a lots of people living in Beverly Hill. I do hope they will take my suggestion and let it works for the benefit for the people.

I’m not too impress with this neighbourhood. I can’t believe the roads aren’t well paved with proper lane markings, no sidewalks, uncut grass. You have better roads and scenery in gated communities in Ochie. I guess it’s who lives there gives it the prestige. It’s definitely not the surroundings.

Having walkways, and safe walkways, for pedestrians, who are also lawful users of our roadways, seem almost non-existent in places where they ought to exist, and in lots of places where they do exist, it looks as though they were laid out as an afterthought. have you noticed?

I am going to request one that I know you probably are not going to deliver, tryhall resort homes, thats the most expensive real estate area in jamaica, its also completely private so I don't think they would allow anyone to just drive in there and video, but I can only dream. I tried to buy a one bed room villa a long time ago and it was 500k US dollars to 15mill US dollars for the most expensive. No where else in jamaica is that expensive, they don't even advertise. Lol if you don't know where you are going you probably shouldn't be there lol. Would love to see if you could get into that place.
Tryall is a resort community. I wouldn’t classify it as a local neighborhood consisting of regular Jamaicans. The property owners at Tryall are typically foreigners who either use their villas as vacation homes or rent them out to tourists etc. Tryall homes for sale are advertised all the time. However, be mindful that Tryall has a reputation for deep racial bias against Jamaicans owing property there. Google it. Roundhill is similar to Tryall where Ralph Lauren has a vacation villa which I’m sure costs close to 15M.

These areas should have nice sidewalks. Check out Richmond Estate video. That area has nice sidewalks.
Beverly hills need better landscaping and roads. Its not all that IMO
