Both Demons and Demon Slayers doesn't have rankings in the Sengoku era so, Yoriichi wouldn't understand what does the number mean on the demons eyes, and Uniforms don't exist yet too so he wouldn't have known Muichiro is strong. Other breathing techniques like Mist, Flower, insect, sound, love, serpent, and beast breathings are techniques after the Sengoku era. The only original techniques in the Sengoku era are Sun, Flame, Wind, Water, lightning, and Stone

In the anime, blue is seen as the eye color, so it's not purple 17:11 Actually yoriichi should say sun breath because that's how the kamado family knows the name hinokami kagura His real name is Sun Breahting but the Kamado family doesn't know it that way And don't keep showing Nesuko, it's annoying just Show only tanjiro.

They shouldn't know about uppermoons! Since muzan hasnt created them yet it was only him and lady Tamayo and some regular demons!
