He shouldn't be, as dealers (are supposed to) have insurance on all the bikes, including service, inventory and consignments. Matt might need to lawyer up if they refuse to pay though.

I hate to be the one to point fingers but if a dealership doesn’t have sufficient insurance to cover a theft that occurred on their property to where you are reimbursed that’s pretty shady and hopefully it wasn’t an inside job. Sad enough to say I hope everything turns out good and they make it right. No choice

You are a great rider, but if you were going to skim them, third in the sweeper to the outside, then into 4th as you hit the first whoop. Don't hesitate, commit. If you jump them stay in 3rd and jump 2 then 3 ...3...3 etc. You are hesitant on entry...3-4 mph faster entry in 4th and you will be loving life ! Making the right turn at the end is the hardest thing !😅😅😂

If you had your own personal insurance on the bike chances are it’s only valid if it’s stolen from your property so I doubt they’d cover it being stolen from someone else’s property. This is something I believe the dealership should be liable for and I’d definitely keep on them about that

The 450 will be scraping fender on the streets by now lol Whats your thought on changing the rules to let two smoke 250s run against the 250fs at the nationals? Sure back in the day the smokers were faster but now there is no shot a factory 250f isnt every bit as fast as a 250 smoker. I think it would bring a lot more to the sport, people could actually afford to compete.

My 83 RM 125 and a buddy who had a 1980 RM 125 were both stolen on the same night in March 1984. Neither bike was ever seen again and all these years later both of us are still pissed

Maybe do a race prep video on your bike for these kids most of em never even tighten a spoke or check there sprocket bolts how many kids check there air pressure before a race lol

My cr85 back in like 2010 we had it sitting at country sports USA in Wis Rapids. Some dude apparently no I can’t make this up, a “little person who was not white” 2024!? Censorship. As best as I can do. He thought my 85 was worth it. So he tried literally grabbing the bike and pushing it through these trees and covering it with “branches and leaves”. A neighbor ended up seeing this “little person” pushing my bike and called the police and we ended up getting it back. Best up luck with it dude.
