Might be head shape. The back of the head kind of looks like a question mark ? Some people have less curve for the headband to hold under so it slides up. I'd say fake the headwrap look with hard headband covered in fabric. They make really cute ones with bows and velvet. Might be a good alternative

I have short hair with an undercut. Does not help that my hair is naturally curly but I don’t have the energy nor time to treat it as such so it has become frizzy instead. At this point I just call it my floof cause it floofs up.

You should absolutely cut it around towards the middle of your neck. I’ve never seen you but just so that thing where you fold your hair up to a length and you’ll get a good idea of what it will look like. I’m sure you would look great, and your head will feel so light, your hair will have much more volume. Cutting off so much hair will make you feel so cleans and new c,: I’m gonna do that once I can afford it

I’d say pin it down with bobby pins :) it’s more secure that way. That’s what I do
