tbh this guys mechanics are not close to good enough to reach diamond, and ure not mentioning the mistakes he makes as kaisa. He uses W when he should(use on 4 stacks passive not earlier early). He doesnt keep dps'ing when we know its safe. Theres so much things thatll hold him up other than macro
the whole point of neace is that you literally don't have to be a micro god in order to carry yourself up, all that matters is macro. there's a lot of hardstuck silver/gold players who are god tier at micro and they're stuck.

Because if u kite well, know your damage(which isnt hard) and utilise your simplicit(like most meta adcs) champion you will climb easily without knowing that much macro
