The backwards codes likely arent resealed. If you bought the packs from somebody, its likely that they opened collection boxes and took the cosmic packs out of them. Some print runs of cosmic eclipse contain the backwards code cards. And in terms of the error white code with a non holo, that also happened alot in the sun and moon era especially.
