Naveen , Company like Wipro Infosys already announced they will not allowed moonlighting, it can lead to termination. I know there is no proper law for this, but company can bring policy for this. What is your thought on this ?

I think moonlighting means work with same client .example if u r wipro employee ,u should not work any other wipro client .i e means moonlighting . Freelancing is different than moonlighting. Is my understanding correct ?

@@NeverStopLearning56 no, this is not about moonlighting because u will not get monthly salary here and there is no pf concept. It is just work and get pay...u will get pay after 15 days through paypal in your account... only think which u have to take care of ITR RETURN...
