    I have been struggling with fibromyalgia, particularly in my right lower back and right piriformis muscle. Your video has been very helpful. Should I do these exercises in conjunction with the stretching exercises introduced in your other videos? Thanks.

      You're welcome! You can do the stretches either after these exercises or on a separate day. Just don't do them before exercising so you don't lengthen the muscles.

      Of course. You can also make a fist with your top hand and place it underneath your head to take the pressure off your neck. Pillow is fine too
