Gene Mutation EGFR with Exon 20 Insertion
TREATMENTS: Received or currently Receiving
2021: 8 Rounds of Chemotherapy (Carboplatin and Paclitaxel) with 30 concurrent radiation treatments to chest and lung
Failed Immunotherapy directly after Chemo and Radiation (Durvalumab, 1 round)
2022: Chemotherapy
10 rounds of Chemotherapy (Carboplatin, Alimta, and Avastin)
6 with Carboplatin, 4 without
Targeted Brain Radiation (Completed)
CURRENT TREATMENT:

The purpose of my channel is to document my cancer journey to look back on, and/or help anyone else going through anything similar. It is also to potentially help loved ones supporting those who are in this fight as well. This is also an easy way to update a lot of people at once. My main goal is to have footage of this journey for my husband and children to look back on. I originally created this channel as a sort of video diary for my

So happy Ellis had a great birthday and all his friends showed up. When my autistic son was in first grade I had a big party for him and by a certain time it was clear no one was coming. I went to plan B. Called one friend and she moved the world for us. I have to say it turned out to be the best party. It's unfortunate that other parents let this happen. He was never included in any parties at school either. It broke my heart. He's now 33 and the best human I know.

My grandaughter is autistic. I keep telling my son to have a friend over for her to play with. She is in kindergarten. She is an only child and is having difficulties with sharing. The other Grandma works at the school, and she indulges her all the time. She opens her lunch and sits with her in kindergarten. She is not that incapable. She is now out of control. ( a lot to explain) She will and is being ostracized. I am very sad for her. She is only with adults at home. I am worried. No birthday party with children is being planned.
this is heartbreaking. Unfortunately this happens all too often and it's because of the parents. If left alone children never shun those that are not like them. They actually don't even see any differences. So glad your friend stepped up and made the party happy.
People can be so cruel. I am sorry that happened. ❤

Yeah, I've been sad for this family for a while now, especially with the latest news. Can't seem to get them off my mind. It's been such a comfort to go back and watch and listen to Jenny (she has such a soothing, calming voice); she's such a special soul, full of light. I know her kids will find so much comfort and joy watching these videos years to come. What a beautiful gift she's leaving behind.

I live in French Québec, Canada and because we have snow for almost 6 months per year, we see all kind of snow flakes!! The big fluffy ones are specially magical at night when you look up at the dark sky and see them fall in slow motion from way high. I’m 39 and I still stick my tongue out and try to catch them! Happiness is in little things!😉

10/12/23 Dear Jenny, end of day here and this is UA-cam's designated Jenny video so as promised my check in to say I miss you, we ALL miss you and Kyle NEEDS you. You look beautiful and radiant here Jenny and my one wish for Christmas is to bring you back to Kyle for Christmas, I want this so bad that it hurts. I've been extremely quiet and reserved today and cried when I heard you say the FUTURE birthdays of Ellis and Winnie, just breaks my heart that you're no longer here. I love love love snow!!! I’m 44 and still go out and “play” it’s very peaceful and beautiful! Be very careful it’s not easy to walk in, drive in, or clean snow off you’re car in the parking lot of your employer after a very long day at work…i still love the snow!

You glow when get your mind off your health, so every time you get stressed just say
“I AM HEALED!” No matter what the doctors or tests results tell you. Believe that this glow we see on the outside is going through out your body and is protecting you. Hey what do we have to lose. People made fun of me when I was put on hospice and given 6 months to live. A great 18 yrs later and I’m still BLESSED!

You DEFINITELY should go for a snow vacation! There’s tons of things the kids could do. My happiest memories are of my grandfather pulling 17 grandchildren on his snowmobile with a humongous homemade toboggan behind. It just gets kinda too much in April! ❄️🇨🇦
We had a major storm a few days ago and it left another foot of snow on top of the foot we already had! I've always lived in the upper midwest, so we're used to a white winter. However, it does get old by the end of February.
I grew up in Chicago, and my birthday is at the end of January. We almost always had a blizzard on my birthday. 2 or 3 FEET of snow! I was always as happy and excited about the snow as you are here!!!
Snow can be either fun, captivating or intimidating. I live in the northeast near Boston Massachusetts, and snow is a normal occurrence in winter.
It’s very pretty to live in the snow. Snow removal is a pain in the butt. I would love if it snowed Christmas Eve and then was all melted by the day after Christmas. What a fun day for you guys! Happy birthday Ellis!

Jenny, your "moon face" is gone. You look so pretty and healthy. My God your gorgeous.
About the snow.
You guys are adorable about your 1st snow. I worked in a school for 25 years. My favorite thing was when the flakes started of the very 1st snow storm of the year, you would hear the spontaneous cheers from the kids erupt, no matter if it was an elementary school or the high school. Loved it.
Now about living with snow. There are definitely 2 types of people. Those that love it (me) and those that hate it. All my life I have embraced it. We use to be out in it literally all day. Making forts, sledding, skiing etc. Now that I'm 71 I love the beauty, especially the stillness and quiet. Though I've given up skiing for feeding the birds and deer.
If you have studded tires or 4 wheel drive there's no difficulty driving. But no one should drive
in the ice. Just stay home and snuggle. And I love having 4 definite seasons. But I could do southern California too!
The people that hate it, hate the cold and driving in it. We have an 1850 Victorian Farm house that costs $900 a month to heat. So there is that!
One last thing. In a film any kind of water (snow) usually signals a change to good. Like a washing away...a rebirth. When you two were so excited about the snow that's all I could think of. I felt so positive for you.

I am from Montreal, Quebec, Canada so living in snow is a lifelong normal thing here.
Snow snow snow with temperatures dipping as low as -40! Yesterday with the wind chill it was -21 Celsius. (Almost -6 F)

I like the change in seasons. Here in central Canada we get the long cold winters, its fun for a while but like anything after a while it gets to be too much. Too cold, too much snow, vehicles not starting or getting stuck in the snow, winter wear everywhere. Hockey is big here, along with skating and skiing.
We live in Ontario Canada 🇨🇦 and get snow ⛄️ very beautiful here. Love ❤️ Love ❤️. But when I lived Northern Saskatchewan back in fifty’s it was so much fun. Great place to have a party. In my experience the parties we did at home never went exactly as planned. Most of the time the guests flew through the planned activities much faster than expected and then they ran around like banshees in their cake fueled sugar highs. Not to mention the clean up afterwards. This kind of place where the kids can let loose safely much more fun for the kids and parents. Kyle putting things in "safe" places. A trait lovingly overlooked. He's the best!🤣🤣🥰🥰

SNOW! We live in Connecticut and while a heavy snow season can be tricky (warming up the car, de-icing everything, shoveling, etc), there is something so special about a snow day. Everything sort of pauses and is still, it’s beautiful. We haven’t had much snow at all this year and it’s a total bummer. The kids want to sled and make forts- here’s to hoping it’ll happen before spring!🤞🏽

I live in the Toronto area of Canada. We get snow a lot in the winter and we complain about it a lot! It’s not fun driving in the snow, it’s not fun having to bundle up all the time and it’s not fun being cold! But it can be pretty and I like it in December for Christmas. This winter it’s been extremely mild up here (in this area) and not like a normal winter at all. Global warming! Happy birthday Ellis! Glad you had a great time!

I grew up in the UK but now live in the mountains in Canada, and I never get tired of the snow. It's beautiful, and so much fun!! As long as the roads are cleared it's wonderful!! But I also like the idea of living somewhere where people have palm trees in their front yard 😍
All my grandchildren go together to these indoor play places for special birthdays they are fun and everything is there and children and adults all get looked after much less stress for everyone.
I’m 63 and LOVED those multi-colored pens as a kid, too!! Now I use a Bic 4 color pen! I like the one that has purple, instead of green. The green is too light and not easy to see.❤❤❤ 😊
