Usually it's the other way around. I know. I've been homeless and I've seen others that really didn't want to change their lives. It becomes a lifestyle where you have no cares, responsibilities and don't have to take a drug test. I made it out because I really wanted to. I couldn't live like that forever.

My father left when I was 7 my mom left when I was 15. 15 to 19 I was homeless in the Bronx sleeping in roofs, cars, crack houses and friends houses till their parents would kick me out back into a rough cruel world and guess what... I'm the to that likes helping those people in need like this young man..I was once like him and no one would help me. I didn't want people to know that I was once homeless. I would hide from people who knew me because I asked for help, but they turned me away . But I helped a friend of mine making burritos so I did I didn't eat for such a long time that I couldn't eat well I had to learn how to eat again and I got back on my feet and when I did every time if I had money would pull over give food and a blanket for those I felt were in need young or old black white or brown. I had a tree service for 25 years. I asked many homeless people if they wanted to work, they told me yes when the moment of truth came, there were nowhere to be found.
You have a way when you have a will… to work hard.. to change yourself… and guess what god will be standing right beside you when you have a good heart to show you all the ways to come out of misery. god bless him with happiness. I had tears in my eyes when he said ‘I didn’t think you would come’ . He waited all weekend in a hope to see a ray of light at the end of tunnel. And finally he smiled when he saw that light.

My father left when I was 7 my mom left when I was 15. 15 to 19 I was homeless in the Bronx sleeping in roofs, cars, crack houses and friends houses till their parents would kick me out back into a rough cruel world and guess what... I became a strong, good, professional man.. I hope this young man does the same.. Amen 🙏🏽

I'm a good person and I don't agree with people who be bad to others and say I'm the way I am because of the way I grew up or because of my parents... This story really hit my heart. I wish there were more people like you, sweetheart, because we would have a better world to live in . I'm a very giving person. I'm the to that likes helping those people in need like this young man..I was once like him and no one would help me. I didn't want people to know that I was once homeless. I would hide from people who knew me because I asked for help, but they turned me away . But I helped a friend of mine making burritos so I did I didn't eat for such a long time that I couldn't eat well I had to learn how to eat again and I got back on my feet and when I did every time if I had money would pull over give food and a blanket for those I felt were in need young or old black white or brown. We are all God's children help one another. You're a beautiful person, sweetheart. God will bless you for having a big heart.🌹✝️🙏🌹💖

Hope everything works out well for Raymond. I ran into Raymond at that same corner. I had some extra food left over from Popeyes and I gave him a Fish Burger. He was extremely grateful, and thankful. So this is 100% real.

I can't even describe the excitement I had when he came from behind the bus stop! I literally started tearing up! This young man has something very special about him!! He's very genuine,and I believe will do great things!! Sending lots of love,light and positivity 🫶🏻
I had a tree service for 25 years. I asked many homeless people if they wanted to work, they told me yes when the moment of truth came, there were nowhere to be found.
You have a way when you have a will… to work hard.. to change yourself… and guess what god will be standing right beside you when you have a good heart to show you all the ways to come out of misery. god bless him with happiness. I had tears in my eyes when he said ‘I didn’t think you would come’ . He waited all weekend in a hope to see a ray of light at the end of tunnel. And finally he smiled when he saw that light.
"I'm right here brother, I'm right here." In my mess, those kind of words would make me cry. Thank you so much for saving people. Many will remember.
