Bolu looks like a fantastic, nice and peaceful little town. Türkiye is filled with beautiful gems like this everywhere, it's amazing. Thank you for sharing, your UA-cam channel does a great service to the country just by you showing the country to us.
Salaam Sister, Thanks again for a splendid video. As usual, I am watching this mouth watering episode from Southern California on a hungry stomach on a late Saturday night and it’s a delight. I watch your vlogs all the time and you validate my choice about Turkish food being the best for my taste buds and am pretty sure others will concur with my views. I will eat this food any day and every day. In the early 2000s, I had the pleasure of enjoying authentic Ottoman food in an old restaurant in Istanbul that was in operation for over 100 years. Thank you and keep your excellent videos coming.
Salam the food looks delicious, rice seems interesting with mushrooms and carrots , mushrooms with rice I’ll try that. Your dinner table looks absolutely delicious along with your love ones.
Thanks for sharing! That was quite an experience for you and your mom! God Bless you and all your family. Looking forward to more recipes.Greetings and love from Malta 🌹❤️🇲🇹😘
Beautiful country and delicious food. I went shopping today for the ingredients to make stuffed cabbage leaves, I have vine leaves in my garden but the grapes don't grow well where I live, thankyou.
Hi, merhaba dear aysenur. Nice episode what a table , food, presentation of food !! Every single food items r looking yummy. Every variety on table meat, beaf, eggplant many more. Including rice pudding. Amazed. Happy for u! U enjoying food with family. Allah always keep your parents with u with healthy long life. Good wishes for your dreams. fatma from India 🙂
Hello!Ms Altan I just visited your country it was amazing i don’t have no words to describe everywhere we went people were excelent! breakfast, dinner wow delicious!! my total respect beautiful 😀🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
While we have a very big food culture in China, so does Turkiye. Amazing food, amazing people, amazing Chef Mustafa and, last but not least, an amazing host who's a great chef herself.
Mr Mustafa was so passionate and proud of his food and culture I really enjoyed this. May I ask why he feeds your mother I’m interested in the cultural meaning of this act.
I would really love a recipe book for you, I prefer some of your ways to mine, not all ofc haha, but I'd really love to support your culinary career, and learn more about what I might not make myself too!
This episode was great. The noodle dish with cheese and walnuts looked delicious and easy to make. I ordered frozen manti from a Turkish grocery store here in Toronto, Canada just so I could know the flavour before I tried making it from your recipe. They sent me lamb filled instead of the cheese but it was very good and now I want to try it with lamb. Those soups looked fantastic too. Can you try to recreate the lentil and bulgur soup? I’ve made your other lentil soups so it would be interesting to taste his adaptation. Thank you so much. This Japanese/Canadian gal loves your channel.❤️🌹🌸🌺🌼
Thank Tipper, happy to hear you liked manti, it is one of my favorite. Actually I have very similar yellow lentil soup on the channle I believe the meat stock makes the difference,. I might still can share some of the recipes in the near future. Stay connected❤🤗.
This is gastronomical cruelty - watching the delectable food, but not being able to taste it! 😀 I would book my plane ticket right now if I could afford it... I wish I could have the recipes, as well as the ingredients from that region so I could try to make it at home, but I know it would not be the same. Thank you to you all for sharing your experience 🌷🌷🌷
Hello Susan, I'm sorry you are right really!🙈😅 I will try to share some of the recipes. At least we can imitate and get similar results that can fill our desire hopefully :) Stay tuned
Salam Aysha I am in Istanbul right now I wish I asked earlier about the food but anyway can you recommend where to get best kopmer it’s my favorite food. Looking for forward. All the Turkish sweets with the tea is irresistible soooo delicious… love this beautiful country Called Turkey 🇹🇷
This is torture! One dish looks better than the other. With the "Hünkar", however, I don't see the béchamel, which is clearly present in your recipe - which I have already cooked. 👍
Let me share a royal gossip about "hünkar begendi" french Queen eugine and ottoman sultan Abdülaziz met first in paris during sultans visit, later french Queen visited also istanbul on the way for opening ceremony of the suez Canal, and be the Sultan's guest for some weeks,, no photo, no written proves but rumors of their friendship ❤ and one more thing Hünkar begendi receipt. Queen s chef and Sultans (hunkar's) chef worked together at the palace kitchen and presented bechamel souce and meat kebab at the same plate,, and still its so popular dish today,,, :)))
Every where have a cultural tradional foods. Not only turkish. Food it's just one idea..take your mom in beach..for vitamin D*..and less food to have long lifetime..

Kishk is dried yogurt with bulgur. In Palestine we cook it with lamb cubes and serve it with white rice.
