    Of note, the RS232 cable required for this project, not only must have pin 4 removed, but it must be a RS232 STRAIGHT cable, and not the NULL cable. Took me a day to figure that one out!

      Sorry I forgot to mention it, but you're right, a straight RS-232 cable is needed. Null Modem will not work.

    Please can you suggest a RGBW decoder that is available in the UK.

      "RGBW" is just a requirement for 4 channel, any 4 or more channel decoder will work and many are available in your country (check on Amazon). You can also use two 3-channel decoder, it will work as well, you will use 3 channels on the first decoder and one on the second, they are so cheap it does not matter to "loose" the two extra channels.

    Hello I bought the rs232 Engine and the driver for Control4 from you by blackwire but I am not able to make the RGB work any email to communicate with you or your support? Thank you. I am using the dmx controller LUM-B34XTS-DMX

      www.look4ideas.com/techstuff/dmxchart.pdf But this just a find on google, there is tons or other charts available... Best recommendation is to use a free app called Dip Switch on your phone, it helps a lot when you're on site trying to set up a bunch of decoders.
