Thank you Taylor. I was sort of raised Buddhist /Shinto in Japan. If it wasn’t for a Catholic friend telling me about the Passion of Jesus, I would never found the Catholic Church, especially in a country where 0.03 % of the people are Catholic. I had to sneak into a US Army base through a hole in the fence to find a Mass and a Catholic priest.
An inspiring story Rose. I love your desire to attend Mass by whatever means! The Passion of Jesus is the template we must cloak ourselves in and imitate daily. I don't know if you've ever read Ascent of Mount Carmel by Saint John of The Cross, but in Book II Chapter VII this holy & venerable man expounds the meaning of The Cross in how we are to go about emptying ourselves of everything- which he sums up in paragraph 11 explaining how at the moment of His death, Jesus was left in complete and utter desolation by His Father, at which point when He cries out in a loud voice: "My God! My God! Why hast thou forsaken Me". His acceptance of this most intense desolation and annihilation was the greatest work that He had ever wrought whether in miracles or in mighty works during all of His life, either upon earth or in Heaven, which was the reconciliation and union of mankind with God at this very moment. In like manner we are to enter this annihilation, both of the senses and interiorly, in order to come into union with God. I wish you all the very best in your spiritual journey to the Father.

Just Brought my Protestant friend to his first Traditional Latin Mass today! Pray for him that he may believe in the One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church of Christ the King!
Latin mass may be too much for him to digest and turn him away. You might need to take him to NO for awhile. He'll need to memorize the verbage of the holy mass before he can participate in a language he doesn't speak, or get him a print of the order of the mass in english that he can follow along with. Just my opinion. But good on you for taking him! I hope you see this. God bless.
If you know of a more traditional NO mass, choose that. No guitars etc.😂 I'm lucky that I have two parishes near me that are as traditional as you can get with NO. (prayers in Latin, chanting, etc.) I just wouldn't want him to get scared away. Hope you understand! Let me know how it's going as your original comment was a few weeks ago.
Dear Dr. Taylor, I love listening to you I love the sound of your voice is so sincere and I also love when you pray nothing I was in Catholic school until second grade and we used to pray nothing I have a little book that I have to find it, I’m asking you with all my love what do I do with a daughter who does not believe in God and she went to Catholic school all the way to high school, I think she got brainwashed when she went to college because they told her that we come from the monkeys is all in the science, it breaks my heart that she did not baptize my adorable grandson, I pray so much and I pray the rosary and I’m asking my Lord Jesus Christ, to send her the Holy Spirit how do I do that tell me what to do because it breaks my heart I’ve been praying so much asking God to open her heart and her mind because all my adorable grandson who has autism I’m always asking God for a miracle because this lovely child needs help! If there is one thing I have learned is that if someone is really looking for the truth instead of point scoring, that person will end up in the traditional Catholic Church! I'm a craddle catholic but I was in the Novus Ordo movement. Since I have been in the traditional Church (please notice I don't use the word ''movement''), I have found true peace in my soul despite the problems I face! We had a beautiful Eucharistic procession today after our Latin mass, we stopped right in front of the Police department and it was awesome, chanting in Latin! I LOVE that I found the Latin mass! Praying for our popes soul😞!

@@andrewklados4096 Latin is a universal language. Learn the prayers in Latin, the language of the Catholic Church. Also, Greek, Hebrew, and Latin were the languages on the Cross of Our Lord, that's why they are so incredibly important.

Laudetur Iesus Christus. Thank you Brother! I've been that day in Kraków when we proclaimed Christ The King Of Poland. Also president of Poland was there, but not as a head of state, but like regular citizen. Whole movement postulating establishing kingship of Christ in Poland was suppressed even by certain prelates. So whole act was far from perfection, but I am sure God has smiled on us that day. Without His grace it would not be possible to partially ban abortion (it is still possible when mother's life is in danger and when life was conceived by unlawful act ex. rape or intercourse of under-aged). One have to see how forces of darkness react on that ban. Please pray for my country and my fellow Poles to hold fast to the good path and be faithful to God and His Holy Church. Szczęść Boże.

This was just excellent! Thank you, Dr. Taylor Marshall! I have been a Catholic for 44 years, and I have always loved the Feast of Christ the King. But growing up in the Novus Ordo, I never knew that the Feast of Christ the King was traditionally the Sunday before All Saints Day. It makes so much sense, and I love how it ties into All Saints Day and All Souls Day! Incredible!! I am just beginning my journey toward the more traditional Catholic expressions of faith, and I love ALL of the traditions and how they are rooted in so much depth and richness. Like family traditions make us feel connected to our heritage and maybe even relatives we have never met, the Catholic Faith, especially the traditional expression of it, makes me feel so very connected to Jesus, Mary, the saints, and the most significant heritage of all time ... and of all eternity.
I was born on this feast day, hence my name. I am so blessed that my former pagan parents named me after Christ the King. I've taken it for granted most of my life. Yesterday I made a special 1 and 1/2 hour trip to Milwaukee to pray the Mass at St. Stanislaus of the Institute of Christ the King. This video is the icing on the cake because it helps me appreciate this feast day more especially because you hammer on ecumenism, which I was heavily involved in for 20 so years. Excellent talk. Thank you! Today, by God's grace, I was able to attend the Traditional Latin Mass and pray the traditional Act of Consecration of the Human Race to the Sacred Heart of Jesus which specifically prays for those of idolatry, Islam, and "Thy chosen people." for second year in a row!
It is out of His love for the world, and His desire that every person be saved and come to a knowledge of the truth, that the Father gives us Christ as King.

You are not a conspirator you are not crazy you are awesome because you tell the truth and I am a Vatican II person who has taught herself about pre-Vatican II the Latin mass and I watch only the Latin mass on TV from Ireland from England from the United States and I only wish that I had the Latin mass in my area but I don’t so I have to go to the Novo Ordo mass but I still watch the Latin mass on TV and I still use Fr. Lance missile the one that you recommend. I agree with you and thankful you call the pope out you are right. People need to realize what is happening to us COVID lock down no church.
Some of the criticism of Dr. Marshall is harsh. Since it’s largely coming from ecumenical Catholics who don’t see anything seriously wrong with the Church as it is now, we can generally disregard it.
Your challenges are so good for me. Statue of Christ out front. Already said a rosary a day, now saying 3. Finishing up reading the whole Bible (taking me 2 years). Now I gotta get out there and spread the Good News.

When I was a child we were taught the chatechism and we thus had truth and wisdom beyond any philosopher who ever existed. Sadly my children who went to catholic schools were denied this essential teaching ( I blame Vatican II). Thank you Taylor Marshall for your ongoing witness.

Our mission is Christ the King Mission. I attended Christ the King Monastery and became a Benedictine Oblate there until it was taken away from us. I had Mass yesterday and we celebrated. I wish we could have been in St. Peter's but this is God's will.

A beautiful Liturgy in the TLM yesterday! We prayed the Litany of the Sacred ❤️ Heart. It was so nice to hear the children singing the responses to each invocation .

It’s perfect how October 25th in the reading plan I have has Ezekiel 17 and 18 for the Feast day of Christ the King. Two kings vying for control of our hearts, and it mentions the capturing of the ark by the King of Babylon and leaving the city of Jerusalem bare. I had a slightly different convert story. My youth was spent going to Baptist camp and being a Girl Scout. The problem was that I could never give people a way to accept Christ that wouldn’t make them outwardly hate me. My selfishness and desire to be liked was very strong, and I wanted a friend more than anything to laugh with and play games. It was lonely by myself even if I had two brothers and a little sister. My responsibility was to look after them if my parents were away because I was three and a half to six and a half years older than them. The verse that really got me hearing the truth: “How beautiful are the feet who bring the good news.” It put me in mind of the “shake the dust off your feet” if the house does not accept you, and I was struck by how much It’s A Wonderful Life is a beautiful story of hope in a fallen world. I’m captivated by art and writing, prose and poetry. Some people say it’s lacking in modern culture, and we’ve forgotten how to seek for what we want. I once said that any man who wanted to marry me would have to be very good at Hide and Seek, a children’s game that has seen many changes in my own day.

When he became pope, I was 22, so he was the pope of my entire young adulthood. But it is just now that I am hearing couple of things that he did or said that was not good. Bravo Dr. Marshall!!! for enlightening us to so much about our church. You know how many times I have heard throughout my lifetime, people say that everybody are christians and if they believe in God you will go to heaven. Never mind not being baptized, following the commandments of our Lord, never ever have received communion, etc. My parents and my old parish priest Fr. I was really moved by the story of your conversion, dr. Marshall. My story was very similar. I grew up in the darkness and I was miserable, but I was sincerely looking for the Truth. I made a promise when I was 16 that I would find the Truth or die trying, whatever the cost. By the time I was 24 I was a practicing Catholic. God never abandons those who are truly looking for Him. Ecumenism in some ways is a form of despair. We see all these people in their cults and how far they are from Christ and instead of working that much harder to become saints and preach the Gospel, we shy away from the uncomfortable problem of damnation by imagining that God "saves them anyway somehow". It's a horrible lie, it is playing Satan's game. Complacency in this battle will lead to the loss of souls. God did not save us from the darkness of ignorance so we could say that there's something good in darkness too. For Christ the King, for the salvations of souls, we must stand up for Truth!
When I converted from Baptist to Catholic, ecumenism seemed like a good thing. It made the Church more familiar to me... more Protestant. Now I see that’s exactly the problem with it.
Yes I had similar up bringing I grew up without any religion and church or baptism. I had the same calling of God throughout my life as I searched for the truth because of all the time being in pagan up bringing. I did not like their ways which are not in truth. That was the problem there was no truth. I completely agree Dr. Taylor Marshall, it is not okay to say all religions are the same. They are not and many of them were founded on all lot of hatred and violence, well like Muslim faith. There is only one truth and it is a person it is Jesus Christ and he is found in his Church.. The Catholic church. So much beauty has been revealed to me in his church and in him!

I have a St. Andrew's missal that I found at a parish book sale many years ago. Fifty cents. It is usable and I keep it in my car. (I have a new 1962 missal that I bought at the Assumption Grotto Gift Shop in Detroit and paid $50.00 and well worth it.) I picked up the St. Andrew's Missal because it had an inscription from a priest to one of his parishoners. It was a gift for the Christmas of 1952 -- my first Christmas.
I remember my First Communion 1963 was clearly on Feast of Christ the King in October... I wondered what happened, why was it moved. Thank you for this clarifcation.

I did not know this about Saint John Paul II . This really lends way to the uprising of yoga. How many Catholics just took that Buddha and ran with it I think it is okay and turn their backs on Catholicism I'm Jesus and somehow trying to rationalize it and they'll stay confused. If there is one thing I have learned is that if someone is really looking for the truth instead of point scoring, that person will end up in the traditional Catholic Church! I'm a craddle catholic but I was in the Novus Ordo movement. Since I have been in the traditional Church (please notice I don't use the word ''movement''), I have found true peace in my soul despite the problems I face! I've been that day in Kraków when we proclaimed Christ The King Of Poland. Also president of Poland was there, but not as a head of state, but like regular citizen. Whole movement postulating establishing kingship of Christ in Poland was suppressed even by certain prelates.
So whole act was far from perfection, but I am sure God has smiled on us that day. Without His grace it would not be possible to partially ban abortion (it is still possible when mother's life is in danger and when life was conceived by unlawful act ex. rape or intercourse of under-aged). One have to see how forces of darkness react on that ban.
Please pray for my country and my fellow Poles to hold fast to the good path and be faithful to God and His Holy Church. Szczęść Boże.

This was just excellent! Thank you, Dr. Taylor Marshall! I have been a Catholic for 44 years, and I have always loved the Feast of Christ the King. But growing up in the Novus Ordo, I never knew that the Feast of Christ the King was traditionally the Sunday before All Saints Day. It makes so much sense, and I love how it ties into All Saints Day and All Souls Day! Incredible!! I am just beginning my journey toward the more traditional Catholic expressions of faith, and I love ALL of the traditions and how they are rooted in so much depth and richness. Like family traditions make us feel connected to our heritage and maybe even relatives we have never met, the Catholic Faith, especially the traditional expression of it, makes me feel so very connected to Jesus, Mary, the saints, and the most significant heritage of all time ... and of all eternity.
I was born on this feast day, hence my name. I am so blessed that my former pagan parents named me after Christ the King. I've taken it for granted most of my life. Yesterday I made a special 1 and 1/2 hour trip to Milwaukee to pray the Mass at St. Stanislaus of the Institute of Christ the King. This video is the icing on the cake because it helps me appreciate this feast day more especially because you hammer on ecumenism, which I was heavily involved in for 20 so years. Excellent talk. Thank you! Today, by God's grace, I was able to attend the Traditional Latin Mass and pray the traditional Act of Consecration of the Human Race to the Sacred Heart of Jesus which specifically prays for those of idolatry, Islam, and "Thy chosen people." for second year in a row!

You are not a conspirator you are not crazy you are awesome because you tell the truth and I am a Vatican II person who has taught herself about pre-Vatican II the Latin mass and I watch only the Latin mass on TV from Ireland from England from the United States and I only wish that I had the Latin mass in my area but I don’t so I have to go to the Novo Ordo mass but I still watch the Latin mass on TV and I still use Fr. Lance missile the one that you recommend. I agree with you and thankful you call the pope out you are right. People need to realize what is happening to us COVID lock down no church.
Some of the criticism of Dr. Marshall is harsh. Since it’s largely coming from ecumenical Catholics who don’t see anything seriously wrong with the Church as it is now, we can generally disregard it.

Our mission is Christ the King Mission. I attended Christ the King Monastery and became a Benedictine Oblate there until it was taken away from us. I had Mass yesterday and we celebrated. I wish we could have been in St. Peter's but this is God's will.

It’s perfect how October 25th in the reading plan I have has Ezekiel 17 and 18 for the Feast day of Christ the King. Two kings vying for control of our hearts, and it mentions the capturing of the ark by the King of Babylon and leaving the city of Jerusalem bare.
I had a slightly different convert story. My youth was spent going to Baptist camp and being a Girl Scout. The problem was that I could never give people a way to accept Christ that wouldn’t make them outwardly hate me. My selfishness and desire to be liked was very strong, and I wanted a friend more than anything to laugh with and play games. It was lonely by myself even if I had two brothers and a little sister. My responsibility was to look after them if my parents were away because I was three and a half to six and a half years older than them.
The verse that really got me hearing the truth: “How beautiful are the feet who bring the good news.” It put me in mind of the “shake the dust off your feet” if the house does not accept you, and I was struck by how much It’s A Wonderful Life is a beautiful story of hope in a fallen world. I’m captivated by art and writing, prose and poetry. Some people say it’s lacking in modern culture, and we’ve forgotten how to seek for what we want. I once said that any man who wanted to marry me would have to be very good at Hide and Seek, a children’s game that has seen many changes in my own day.

When he became pope, I was 22, so he was the pope of my entire young adulthood. But it is just now that I am hearing couple of things that he did or said that was not good. You know how many times I have heard throughout my lifetime, people say that everybody are christians and if they believe in God you will go to heaven. Never mind not being baptized, following the commandments of our Lord, never ever have received communion, etc. My parents and my old parish priest Fr. I was really moved by the story of your conversion, dr. Marshall. My story was very similar. I grew up in the darkness and I was miserable, but I was sincerely looking for the Truth. I made a promise when I was 16 that I would find the Truth or die trying, whatever the cost. By the time I was 24 I was a practicing Catholic. God never abandons those who are truly looking for Him. Ecumenism in some ways is a form of despair. We see all these people in their cults and how far they are from Christ and instead of working that much harder to become saints and preach the Gospel, we shy away from the uncomfortable problem of damnation by imagining that God "saves them anyway somehow". It's a horrible lie, it is playing Satan's game. Complacency in this battle will lead to the loss of souls.
God did not save us from the darkness of ignorance so we could say that there's something good in darkness too. For Christ the King, for the salvations of souls, we must stand up for Truth!

When I converted from Baptist to Catholic, ecumenism seemed like a good thing. It made the Church more familiar to me... more Protestant. Now I see that’s exactly the problem with it.
Yes I had similar up bringing I grew up without any religion and church or baptism. I had the same calling of God throughout my life as I searched for the truth because of all the time being in pagan up bringing. I did not like their ways which are not in truth. That was the problem there was no truth. I completely agree Dr. Taylor Marshall, it is not okay to say all religions are the same. They are not and many of them were founded on all lot of hatred and violence, well like Muslim faith. There is only one truth and it is a person it is Jesus Christ and he is found in his Church.. The Catholic church. So much beauty has been revealed to me in his church and in him!

I have a St. Andrew's missal that I found at a parish book sale many years ago. Fifty cents. It is usable and I keep it in my car. (I have a new 1962 missal that I bought at the Assumption Grotto Gift Shop in Detroit and paid $50.00 and well worth it.) I picked up the St. Andrew's Missal because it had an inscription from a priest to one of his parishoners. It was a gift for the Christmas of 1952 -- my first Christmas.
I remember my First Communion 1963 was clearly on Feast of Christ the King in October... I wondered what happened, why was it moved. Thank you for this clarifcation.
