i dont get why city safari cant have a global event to be hoest beacuse its always in mildly popular areas and nobody is traveling for a pokemon event except for rich people
Facts
Because they are trying to get rich people to go to different places and boost local economics. You're right it should have a global tied because most PoGo players don't have that money, but then the big bucks wouldn't need to travel to those areas and spend their money.

Total walk distance in one week can be award a pokemon that still not make it debut in Pokemon Go depending how long players walk distance in a week. Rather than awarded pokemon ball, stardust and adventure sync egg, award with those pokemon still not make it debut is much better. Is okay award with rare item like rare candy and silver pinab berry.

I feel your pain on the eevees imo they had to make it 1/20 shiny rate instead of 1/64.
People pay like 1000$ for flight, hotel, ticket etc. Its just like they dont give a damn about there playerbase
People go to the events knowing the rarity, Niantic can't make it 1/20 otherwise it wont make it that special. Players travel to places like Korea for the country, not only for Pokémon.
@@HydnJsprit will still be special cuz it’s locked to 3 cities out of the ENTIRE world. Just make it a global event with those rates or up the rates higher for everyone, to make it “more rare”. But to travel for those rates are ass lol.

How is this event better than a community day when there is no special move and the shiny rate is way worse than a regular community day? In a community day, people get more shinies in 1 hour than what you got in 8 hours.
guess cuz yu get various exclusive pokemon that’s not available worldwide rather than just the same shiny pokemon over n over that everyone else is catching. But other than that, the shiny rates did seem very bad. Unless you’re 100% grinding nonstop, I don’t think it’s worth it unless you don’t care for shinnies.

The Pokémon for this city safari and the other 2 coming up, are very underwhelming. Idk why it was very hyped up to begin with. Definitely not worth traveling across the world for. Great event if u live there though.
I played Korea and Barcelona. I thought Korea was pretty underwhelming. Barcelona has good spawns. I also got the shiny eevee in both places. The power of teleporting…
