- A very unfortunate experience, but I had to have Pec Tear Surgery 3 times. This was a freak accident and it just continued to get worse and worse as time went on and unfortunately it really set back my overall fitness and health. I have recovered since then, but it really did a number on my physique and I'll be working to regain what I've lost and it may take a very long time because I've been working out for 17 years.
I just wanted to share my experience in case it may help someone who is going through the same

Some of my most popular non-gaming videos are related to the surgery! I get a lot of questions regarding it and there’s not many content creators that went through what I did so I try to share my experience in case it can help at least one person through a tough time
