Nah that's a good question. I would wear my 4mm franco for daily use. It's an amazing chain. Also , I know the mm seems like a big difference but you must remember that the cuban link is flat and the diamond cut franco is rounded..that 4mm franco don't look bad compared to that 7mm cuban at all! The measurement excludes the part that goes into the lock , obviously because it hides into the locking mechanism. My 7mm bracelet is 6.5 inches and my 8mm bracelet is 6¾ inches.
