It's a really bad decision. HoF is the top fire dps. Elysia is not even the top physical dps now. There are a lot of bosses HoF can handle. But not that much for Elysia.
Elysia is only top scores 3 bosses but only really needed for ranged Tank while HoF has much more content than Elysia just because she's a better psy dps overall who also covers every fire content
@@JahoSelamaj The only time you would want to use Elysia over HoF for that tank is if the tank is not SSS which is unlikely. So, the only character you'd actually use Elysia on is for Shadow Knight, but for that boss, you can also use Rozaliya.

I think people dont know how expensive honkai whaling is so basically 100 dollars is 23pulls+ if you use xtals so yeah this is impressive XD
