    Disagree with the premise of marriage being bad after 40 (especially for men). In fact its even better for men, you make better decisions in selecting a woman as a wife (as compared to younger years when love is often raging hormones). You have more life experience so you can choose your partner more carefully.

    8:55 to 9:01 says a lot nowadays. People get offended over the truth that their little fantasy world gets shattered by experience, reason, and facts about things. I'm not mentioning an age group nor a generation... but this bs has to stop though I'm just wasting my breath to the wind

    As a man thinks so he is. It doesn't matter the quotes or when they were said, what matters is my perceptional belief because we always have things working against psychological science meaning there is unseen power of doing things in humankind. However, the quotes are cautious and educative.

    Can someone tell me what "Don't judge your greatness by your shadow at sunset." means?
    Is it that you should focus on having a big one at sunrise?

    • @stevenbradley6572
      @stevenbradley6572 Рік тому

      At the end of the day, your shadow will be the greatest but that doesn't mean you are at your greatest. Judge yourself at the end of the day based on those things that are affected by your choices, not based off of natural occurrences that exist beyond your choices.

    • @rikk319
      @rikk319 Рік тому

      It means that as a human, you change, like your shadow does as the sun moves across the sky. Don't look at one moment in your life and judge your entire life by it. Paraphrased in that rejection of suicide: "Don't use a long-term solution for a short-term problem."
