  • It has been awhile since we haven't uploaded any dish, why not go back to our favourite Filipino dish and favourite all over the world, PORK SISIG.
    We were actually surprise to find this in Tasman here in Frankston.
    I boiled it for an hour and a half with lemongrass, garlic, bay leaves, peppercorn and salt which is a bit too long.
    Craig grilled it, chop it and flavour it with sisig mix.
    Our kalamansi sadly has been very slow growing.
    All in all we were happy with the outcome.
