Don't be happy about this talent when it will be released on the original server the moment this is release all support and mages are at risk because the two talent cooldown reduction I heard a rumours about the adjustment for all heroes that uses magic item and for support that uses heal the new cooldown talent is a lie in exchange for adjustment on mages and support just like what they did to the tanks when the new item got released and the revamp blade armor.
moonton doesn't know they have unleash the unfair system. there are lot of heroes who can abuse them(mm like hanabi, natan can have 52% of life steal without any item, vale can easily spam his second skill with 65% reduction). they should nerf them or adjust them before implementing on the original server.

3:41 giant slayer is pretty useless. It should deal higher dmg to enemies with high hp points not percentage. In exchange they can reduce its dmg output to 5% dmg increase.

I agree the Gaint slayer is useless on some heroes but it's pretty OP when you use it on certain heroes like Masha and Argus. Since Masha Hp counts being one. So early game Masha invade gonna come back

Honestly I can see bargain hunter being used on some tanks and supports the most. A tank using roam item will always be behind his team in terms of items, gold and exp so allowing them to get tanky faster is an amazing change. Of course if said hero doesn't benefit more from another talent like a cc sperg that can someone like Tigreal or Khufra.
Gaint slayer only works when the enemy have higher hp so it will stop when they have lower hp then you but I agree it will be hard on Tanks which saddens me a lot.
You lack knowledge and experience. Lylia's hp regen is based on how many hp she had a few seconds ago. Which means if her hp at few seconds ago was higher than she currently has, then she'll lose hp instead of gaining it when she use her ulti.

Most MOBA games have already implemented this kind of dynamic additional-stats system. Montoon just copied them tho. Moonton is literally "inspired" by AoV's Arcana and Enchantments system. It's a good idea in my opinion because the current Emblem system is a mess, too rigid and too pre-packaged I'd say.

Blessed fortresses are probably more useful, it gives free armor and magic resist up to 25 points and it has high range. For heroes that dive to the middle of the battle field that talent is game changer.
I'm and Argus main. I think *Giant Slayer* is better than *Unbending Will* I hope *Unbending Will* get buffed, because it's probably only useful for Argus, You can say Terizla can use it as well, but it's better to use spell vamp with Terizla. I really, really hope they buffed it.

He himself can abuse those talents too like Vampric touch because it base on hp if the enemy have higher hp then you and tier3 talents, idk what to put on him but they are good for him too
Temporal reign is op for clint, you can mix it with chrono master to make the 2nd skill have (possibly) no cooldown when you hit it or try deadly dart for obvious reasons.
It will be nice if the new Festival of Blood will be at the Tier 3 because is perfect to be in the Tier 3 and beside you have a space to add or choose a good talent on the Tier 2 and is too op when you add Battle Frenzy and The New Festival of Blood together....

It will be more difficult for them, to create a prefect emblem or something, Even me I got confused on Moonton's new update about the emblem, Why gonna be like this Moonton 🥲it's a little bit difficult to understand, but after watching this Video, I managed to know when to use them. Man the item discount item will be great for all late-game heroes. Instead of just mages. Also, combining all the lifesteal items with Ruby, alpha, Balmond, or any hero really will be nuts. I think this is a great change.
Honestly this is pretty good for the reason being that it solves a lot of heroes drawbacks. For example Heroes like Martis, Like currently in the Meta he kinda sucks now especially the "buff" they did on his second skill (I'm a Martis user so it kinda tripped me out when they changed some his skills and not buffing the skills that needed to buff, although again not applicable to all Martis user). But with this new emblem system it makes him indirectly viable which does put a smile on my face. H3ll even Zilong and Layla can be Meta out of nowhere because of this change which honestly is a step to the right direction not only making a great difference but indirectly close to buffing all heroes "intentionally".

But atleast the non-meta heroes as well could have a chance to "fight back" in a way. But he leans more on the skill caster side so cooldown reduction is a serious help. As for master assassin it just goes down to preference, Because master assassin is High and Dry I used to use that on Martis until I've found out that Bloodfestival was "better" for me atleast.

elgin, please review what the best talent can use for carmila, since carmila is less pick and maybe with the new talent carmila can be shinning again
Especially talent like Chrono master for cdr and as well the blessed fortress so she can get extra armor during team fights or temporal for cdr for other skills
I have a ton of ways to abuse this with Alucard. I have a feeling if this will be implemented the next season would be interesting
My Xavier will have a hard time dealing with enemy heroes using these op talents considering how squishy he is 😂
He himself can abuse those talents too like Vampric touch because it base on hp if the enemy have higher hp then you and tier3 talents, idk what to put on him but they are good for him too
Temporal reign is op for clint, you can mix it with chrono master to make the 2nd skill have (possibly) no cooldown when you hit it or try deadly dart for obvious reasons.
Claude does not even need to buy more mana neacles or mana boots in side lane 🙂

It will be nice if the new Festival of Blood will be at the Tier 3 because is perfect to be in the Tier 3 and beside you have a space to add or choose a good talent on the Tier 2 and is too op when you add Battle Frenzy and The New Festival of Blood together....
As a player, I do pity those new players of ML. It will be more difficult for them, to create a prefect emblem or something, Even me I got confused on Moonton's new update about the emblem, Why gonna be like this Moonton 🥲it's a little bit difficult to understand, but after watching this Video, I managed to know when to use them. I recommend this video for new players, but if you don't still get it, well..... Just read the instructions 😄😃

Man the item discount item will be great for all late-game heroes. Instead of just mages. Also, combining all the lifesteal items with Ruby, alpha, Balmond, or any hero really will be nuts. I think this is a great change.

I will make my Wanwan use Deadly Dart for the passive, then Full stacks battle frenzy before ulting
Using this emblem might get hanabi get that early game potential
Honestly this is pretty good for the reason being that it solves a lot of heroes drawbacks.
For example Heroes like Martis, Like currently in the Meta he kinda sucks now especially the "buff" they did on his second skill (I'm a Martis user so it kinda tripped me out when they changed some his skills and not buffing the skills that needed to buff, although again not applicable to all Martis user).
But with this new emblem system it makes him indirectly viable which does put a smile on my face.
H3ll even Zilong and Layla can be Meta out of nowhere because of this change which honestly is a step to the right direction not only making a great difference but indirectly close to buffing all heroes "intentionally".
But you need to remember that some meta heroes will benefit from it too.

@@mochamikadorylovesrandomne6020 Yeah it's pretty obvious that all Meta heroes will benefit from it too that's a no brainer.
But atleast the non-meta heroes as well could have a chance to "fight back" in a way.
As for your question yep Chrono Master is seriously good for Martis because He might be both a Skill Caster and Physical Attacker type of hero. But he leans more on the skill caster side so cooldown reduction is a serious help.
As for master assassin it just goes down to preference, Because master assassin is High and Dry I used to use that on Martis until I've found out that Bloodfestival was "better" for me atleast.
@@icession4872 yeah, it's going be a hard choice between Chrono master and Eternal bloodlust but since it got nerf but you can get some spell vamp from fighter emblem and tier1. So a lot of spell vamp. Tier3 having killing spree which stacks with martis ult speed.
Moving around like an manic which would be an funny scene to see.
I will be abusing Giant slayer with Argus plus Temporal for the double skill used.

yeah it kinda sucks now because of how it was nerfed but atleast the other alternatives aren't that bad so no problems on that end, and true he's really fast when you last hit using his ult so it's gonna be an interesting and funny site to see lelz.
As for your Argus combo yep that's gonna be scary combo when it comes to original server which is seriously I hope we do get more hero highlights from the other heroes on tournaments lelz.

Imagine cyc use chrono master,temporal reign,cooldown stat,fleeting time,its a mximum cut cdr for all skill for 50% cdr,some 35% more at ulti when requied kill n just assist and another 65% cdr for skill 1 and 2 after ulti in 10 second duration,spammmmmmm
Actually in the official server I already noticed that the limit of the CDR is capped at 45%.
I tried core cyclops with Chrono Master and Temporal Reign its so op! Its like using cyclops from Mayhem.
The combo will be like 2-3-2-1-2.. cyc can use 3times use skill 2 for each combo.
