I know being from Europe our standards are much higher however landlords need to look online at what the and standard people expect as I would not stay here as I have been spoilt by Europeans standards and the quality of this apartment is well below my standards, I am now seeing people in Gambia starting to renovate their apartments to match the standards that we want as they know we will pay top dollar for good quality sorry this will not get my money…
How can the interviewer agree with the owner that 3000(apartment) or 1500(room) is affordable for Gambians? If the average Gambian wanted to rent a room for ten days, it would cost the person 15000. Does the average Gambian even earns 15k a month, if the answer is no, how can they be claiming that it is very affordable. We have to debunked it when people are peddling lies. As someone stated in one of the comments, the standard or finishings are sub standard and therefor the prices quoted are not justifiable. They might see apartments in Senegambia fetching 5000 per night and they think 1-3k is affordable. When it comes to Senegambia, it is first and foremost the location and some of the apartments in Senegambia are of high quality especially at the new development 100 metres from the beach.
Far too much is repeated. The curtains do not block the light - does not worry me but some people might not like it. Never understood with a brand new apartment you cannot put toilet paper down the bowl - most people would ignore that "rule" anyway. This could have been a 5 minute video max. 17.35 - the bathroom looks like it is several years old - the tiling quality is poor and it is far too small and the grouting is very bad.
@@gamboumendy2800 Do the curtains block the light - NO!. The bathroom does look old - so again a valid comment. I can afford to build a house and that is a silly comment as totally irrelevant. Better workers should have been employed - so and look at Kololi Sands apartments near the convention centre for a quality built apartment. I see other people agree with my comments
A`udhu billahi minash-Shaitan nir-rajim shame on you for trying to promote prostitution. at 3:40 asking for price per hour. totally disgusting. i have always supported nice gambia but never again
@@NiceGambia I appreciate that you cut it out, but it still breaks my heart that you even have those thoughts. Prostitution is one of the biggest crimes committed against our young, innocent and vulnerable girls. and boys. We should be working together to stop the world from considering Gambia as one of the three biggest sex tourist destinations in the world
