This box siren looks like my canadian air raid siren like the community mailbox siren. It looks a bit the same but the motor looks like a darley.
(Note I edited for some reason because I was saying the motor was a sentry but we all know I did.)

The pitch of the sterling M10 and darley champion are having a one octave difference in their sounds.This has a pitch below both the sirens which I mentioned above.It might be a sterling M10 running at a voltage drop since its timbre sounds like sterling.Definitely it is one of those sterling or darley sirens
