@2:10 Radhika one thing im just shocked to see... you are as skinny as i am, but how nicely you are able to do pushups. I cant even do one. Please please help me for this. How are your arms so strong. Waiting for details ❤❤
Namaste, I understand what you’re saying, but trust me, you don’t need my help-you’ve got this! There are so many great resources online that can guide you through exercises specifically designed to strengthen your arms. In the beginning, it’s important to focus on building that strength with other exercises, rather than starting directly with push-ups. Once your arms are stronger, you’ll be able to do push-ups easily. It’s not about any complex technique; it’s just about how consistently you train and work towards building strength. You’ve got this!
Let Me Help with Your Thumbnails & Captions! Hey Radhika, Hope you’re doing well! I’d love to help make your content creation easier by designing eye-catching thumbnails and engaging captions. This way, you can focus on creating great content while I handle the visuals and text. If you’re interested, let’s chat! Thanks,
REMINDER: This is not for everyone's skin. It suits her skin but it won't suit everyone's skin. Your skin type must be different. You must visit a Dermatologist once to understand your skin type, it's deeper problems and it's cycle. Do not ruin your skin without understanding your SKIN. Remember, everybody's skin is DIFFERENT. It's not easy as we think it is.
I understand that everyone’s skin is different, but I don't fully agree with the notion that "you must visit a dermatologist" as the only solution. Ayurveda has always emphasized the importance of self-care and knowing your body. Understanding your skin type and concerns doesn't necessarily require a visit to a dermatologist. That being said, if someone repeatedly struggles to understand their skin or lacks the knowledge and resources to make informed decisions, then seeking professional advice is definitely a good idea. However, that professional doesn't always have to be a dermatologist-an Ayurvedic doctor is a viable option too. Ayurveda takes a holistic approach to health, recognizing that a healthy body is the foundation for healthy skin. Ayurvedic principles address root causes rather than just treating symptoms, providing a 360-degree view of health, including diet, lifestyle, and internal balance. So, while it's important to know your skin, it's even more crucial to understand your body as a whole. Working on skin health should come from addressing your overall health, which is why I believe an Ayurvedic doctor can offer deeper, long-term solutions. In conclusion, "you must visit a dermatologist" is not a one-size-fits-all approach. The correct mindset is "visit if needed," based on individual circumstances and understanding. OM Shanti!
Hi, Acknowledge and respect your video. Would also request you to understand you ever notice that when you exercise ie rotate right hand 12 times and left hand 8 times then does the one rotating higher times increases its length or has any farak? Or when you visit a beauty parlour you massage one chin 10 times and another 8 times, does it make the difference? Does one side is lower then other? its kept proportionate by परमात्मा.Surrender to परमात्मा and not to maintenance of the body. Invest your time in chanting. Understand “मौनातले बोलणे”means when you message, the message speaks what have in your mind. i waana ask u something u are not short height i think that makes u feel confident but iam a short girl i used to wear heels without heels iam uncomfortable outside with people because people around me make me feel like i have something missing please on some day make a video on it so also become confident in myself please
what is your height? i think wearing clothes that makes you look taller is something that you can incorporate in your life. you'll find lots of videos like that in youtube! one of the most important steps to build confidence is to compliment your body type. if you're tired of heels get platform shoes, wear high waisted pants (even better if you're comfortable with high waisted shorts), stuff like that
@@nnyann thankuu for your suggestion iam from Pakistan I don't like to wear pants even it's not allowed in Muslim culture I like to wear shalwar kameez with dupatta
@@user-dc369 look if I wear heels wedges something like that even I troll by people they gossip about me she is trying to look tall and laugh at me even my university teachers do it by giving cheap example like short height girls wear heels for looking fake tall.......people makes me feel ill
Namaste, I completely understand where you’re coming from. To be honest, I’m not tall either-I’m 5’2 and a half. But I truly believe that my confidence comes from my character, not my appearance. I also hold the belief that my Shiva has created me just as I am. If I was meant to be taller, I would have been. The fact that I’m not means Shiva intended it this way, and that thought makes me feel confident within myself. I know that I am his masterpiece, and I have no doubt about that. The same way, you are created by your Allah, so you are his masterpiece. Are you going to doubt his creation? It’s important to remember that often, no one is making us feel bad-it’s how we perceive ourselves. If you feel a certain way, it may be because you aren’t fully embracing yourself. Your body does so much for you-helps you eat, breathe, see the beauty around you, hear lovely sounds, and touch the ones you love. It deserves kindness, not pain from heels just to fit a certain image. Self-love is such an integral part of life. It’s not about how others see or treat you, but about how you treat yourself. I really hope you find healing with time and come to realize that life is so much more than how we look. Confidence comes from within, and you deserve to feel it. Take care of yourself and be kind to your body!
