I'd say Goldberg had a better streak because it was actually dominant and he was fighting some big names during it whereas Undertaker had some pretty dumb matches in the start and even fought some jabronies during the streak. Also that chloroform finish with the gaint hairy costume guy i can't remember the name of wasn't exactly dominant. Undertaker's streak actually became monumental after HBK-1
