I feel the same all round the WWE tag division is whatever and AEW have pretty much given up on there's. Both companies need to invest. And maybe the shock of the lucha bros will kick AEW in the ass to do more. Guys like the von erics, the young grizzled vets, mxm etc they need to build new stars
That's what I'm hoping for. The tag division across all of wrestling just hasn't made new stars the last few years.
@@BeanerBroncoBusterYT exactly 💯 completely agree I look at Von erics and I think that's a great baby face team just waiting to be made just book them. Can you imagine these good down to earth guys going the distance and making their name against the rich boy bucks. I swear both companies have the tools they just need to use them
@@hezekiahthomas837 Yeah that makes a lot of sense. I sort of saw AEW as being in a worse position than WWE but you make a lot of good points. The pieces are there.

All AEW needs is to separate the trios and tag team divisions. Put the titles and division on different shows.
@@galarthenry1450 Completely agree. I wouldn’t even be mad if they got rid of the trios. The division is pointless.
Aew should do the blind tag tournament again, make some new tags with the excuse of "well, the fate has decided it... now you two are a tag" can make for some interesting new parings. Plus i think the BCC should dethrone the bucks, having Claudio and Wheeler (or even Claudio and Moxley) as the tag champs would be really interesting.

Nah, WWE are definitely gonna spend a lot of time retraining the Lucha Bros to wrestle within the rules of tag team wrestling, cuz god knows those two don’t know the meaning of the word “rules”

I think its a bit far fetched to say that the Luchs Bros would be AEW biggest loss. 😂. Ediecislky when you consider that they lost their biggest draw in Cm Punk and have not recovered ever since. No one really cares about the Lucha bros like that.
I think it would be cool if when kenny and kota come back they stick as a tag team. they could even beat the young bucks for the belts. it would also be a good way for them stay healthy if they just stick to tag matches
That's actually a very good idea. I would love to see Kenny Omega focus on trying to rebuild the tag division. That would be awesome.

People blame trios, nope it’s booking, and that division is being saved from life support by Christian.
Collision got booked as Rampage: the directors cut after Punk left, now no one cares.
Now Dynamite is left to handle the 4 men’s titles, 2 women’s and 1 Jericho segment, leaving no time.
And the sad thing is, nothing will change
every latino talent in wwe that isnt rey or dom is trash, and you have hope in the lucha bros? lol better check wwe's track record when it comes to talent like that. even in this era its no hope for them look at andrade, santos, and angel amongst more. the lucha bros arent gonna change nothing. tbh they are too good for wwe the workrate in that company sucks and thats all they have goin for them cus they dont talk.

@@BeanerBroncoBusterYT it is and its not cus how you're booked is how you're perceived in wrestling. but sometimes booking cant save you from being trash just look at solo. also cody was hot as hell but look at him now people are saying he's trashed cus how he's booked. so it is the same thing but it also isnt cus talent cant be denied.
