So, the one with the yellow scarf is the ghost of the original Mitsuba Sousuke, who was once a living human but died in an accident. He later gets destroyed due to the actions of this other ghost, Tsukasa, and it basically kills him a second time, leaving almost nothing of him left in the mortal world. Later, Tsukasa decides to create an artificial human using a part of the original Mitsuba's soul, but what he makes isn't strong enough to actually be a human, so it's another ghost which becomes another Mitsuba. This Mitsuba was never alive like the old one, and he lacks the memories of the original one, too. Because of this, he's pretty much an entirely separate person from the first Mitsuba despite having a piece of his soul and looking exactly like him.
The way nene imagines mitsuba with Tsukasa as a dog is more adorable then the accual character. But also NENE HER SELF IS ADORABLE. NO ANIME CHARACTER SHOULD BE THIS SMOL AND WITH BIG ASS EYES LIKE THIS 2:23
