The attraction will be rebuilt based on Peter Jackson's King Kong and it wont even contain a new animatronic Kong, the whole thing will be some sorta 3-D attraction, kinda disappointing.
mjm4222 I agree. 360 is nice, but it's all screens. It isn't "there." No bannana breath, no modern setting, no pyro technics, no terror of a giant pissed off Rick Baker looking ape.
It's shame that all this hard work of opening King Kong Attraction is burned up in flames. I really miss this King Kong attraction!

Actually in the "story" of the ride those aren't news choppers with the machine guns but rather police or military forces attacking Kong.
