    Very cook idea, and even if it ends up not as cool as you thought it still makes for some great eating.

    That Dyna-Glo my man is the bomb!!! I have the smaller version (Vertical Smoker) had it for bout 3-4 yrs now, and I can do two 12lb briskets and two 10lb pork butts at once... it’s still holding up... and just started my catering business too... goin well, keep up the videos!! 👍🏼😉👍🏼

      Thanks brother this one was kind of experimenting I tried hanging the chickens they ended up falling down about 20 minutes in so I finish them off on the racks not my best contribution but I appreciate you checking it out anyway thanks Meathead

    Hey Brotastic Broheem!! Tie Butcher twine between the leg then make hooks or buy some. Make the hooks out of a Wire clothes hanger, just throw them into a fire and burn the outside film on them. Make the hooks out of that or think of something else. Problem solved.

      Along that same line of thinking, i would've trussed the birds using butcher's twine and hang them that way. (Either leave a tag end to tie to the grate or use hooks)

    Looks good....don't know if you still have the Dyna Glo, but you can take a couple empty veg cans, remove the labels an pop a hole in the bottom, run the hooks through and put the can inside the cavity, hook through the neck hole and hang....works great....keep rocking it👍🏼🇺🇸

      @@2AChef-n-BBQ I just masked it off I took all the pieces off the doors off the fire Box and the main cooking chamber and then masking taped it off how I thought it would turn out and kind of ran some lines.. Logo is from the band Metallica one of my favorite bands they had a Box set out in the early nineties the logo came inside that Box set it's the 1st time I've ever used it...FREAKING awesome 👌

      Hey bud thanks for the question thanks for stopping by actually I did maintain a good temperature 325 throughout the cook she jumped up a little bit at the end as the coals started to burn out.. 350° does seem like a good temperature to cook chicken at though... I hope that helps

      Barlow BBQ yeah this chicken had a total flavor that wasn't a barbecue taste that Brazilian barbecue spice is actually pretty good I liked it it was a real Savory roasted.tasting chicken ..

    I've been looking to get a new rig so I can cook more meat at once. I have a chargriller off set that I really like but I can only do so much. I'm catering now so the dyna-glo seems perfect. Plus the price is great. I like that you published this "fail" 😃 bbq life is full of fails and you never see it on UA-cam. I'm going to like and follow Blessings brother

      Jim F hey buddy thanks for the compliment thanks for dropping by and I appreciate the question... I spray painted those on with high temperature header paint you can get from the auto store I had a template out of a Metallica box set that I bought years ago so it's actually spray painted on... I have not done a whole turkey breast but it sounds like a great idea..

    Just a suggestion..have never tried it myself in a smoker as am still a newbie at smoking .. maybe try putting a 440ml can of drink(empty of course) up the chooks U know what 😕to stand it up ..we do it with whole chooks on a Bbq here in Australia ..well some do, most just buy a chook from woolies lol

      qwesthunter at R shack BBQ what's up LT thanks for checking in brother... chicken turned out juicy and tender probably the juiciest one I've ever done first whole chicken I've done in the smoker but I've over cook them in the oven before.. the Brazilian barbecue was had the lime or lemon kick to it the Montreal chicken was good too but if I had to pick I would say the Brazilian barbecue was my favorite out of the two... thanks for watching man I appreciate the support cheers brother

      stacy metcalf hey my fellow Canuck thanks for stopping by and checking it out who is experiment gone South just like the birds but that's okay these birds tasted good in our bellys and I prefer I like the Brazilian BBQ rub it was pretty good but you can't go wrong with the Montreal selections either..

      temporary setup to get my smoker out of the elements? You're looking at a tent with the door open air coming through. There was never any danger of a high CO level.
      Besides the wife wouldn't let me put it in the kitchen. That might have been an issue.😁👍
