Theoretically yes you can do it , but even to work here you need work permit. Practically it’s not so straightforward as you are thinking but you can try and on other hand I guess you can buy virtual canada phone number which you can use to understand if you will really get a job or not.

I would suggest ordering directly from stores instead of instacart as they add additional fees on top. For nongrocery items, you get free delivery for 35$ + orders from Walmart & amazon but ensure you buy from them rather than marketplace sellers as they charge a huge delivery fee with high price

Focus on what you need and research salary on glassdoor to ask for the right salary, as there is no comparison in India vs Canada salary, the cost of living is totally different.
