@@brainandforce honestly a lot of her lines are good, I think the point the devs are trying to drive with her is that she is strict and composed because she is scared the overwatch will end up the same way it did with Morrison and Reyes
The best part about the voice actors in Overwatch is how much fun they have with the community, the memes, and just their characters in general. Happy to see these two continue that trend.
It's only been since Overwatch 2 came out that I realized the OW characters are slightly modeled after the likeness of their VA (at least a couple features). That's pretty cool.
I guess it's just a coincidence if the character and voice actor happen to be from the same race/ethnicity. It's mostly the facial features that the vast majority of people in that race share, which is why some voice actors don't resemble their characters at all (such as Rein and his voice Darin de Paul, since Rein is german and Darin de Paul is american)
no. Youre wrong. They design the character before giving it voice. then they search for someone who do the voice, sometimes ending being similar to the character.

Would love if Sojourn could lose the stereotype voiceline "what's this aboot?" Bcuz literally NO Canadian EVER says about like that. Blizzard, fix or LOSE the offensive stereotypical line.
Junker queen’s voice actress is incredible. I literally play her because of how badass she is
