I love nostalgic save files 🥰 I never really played the sims 3 but a lot of sims 2. In my personal savefile I had the whole Monty/Capp Clan with all the relationships set. It was so much work but 100% worth it. I played Crybaby Whims Challenge with Juliette Capp - so I could enjoy the whole family relationship things. I really love your building style and that you did something different in Willow Creek! I also love that there a lot of community lots. When I play by myself I usually don’t have that many residential lots but more community lots for my current household to visit. With For rent Playing like that got a lot easier!

I would definitely watch more videos of you building or creating sims (or just describing some of their backstories, or playing in the world and visiting all the community lots) for this save! I don't usually download saves because I am too focused on my own, but I always wish people would give even longer more in-depth tours of theirs. It's not too long! I would watch it and love it!
Hi idk if this would help but also with some of the recent updates, the cheat to increase the rental unit has become kinda broken, so if you use that cheat it will corrupt the world it was used in, this is how I lost one of my favorite save files. I’m not sure if that’s the case for you but it’s something to note ❤
thank u ill def keep this in mind. the rental lots are so glitchy bro. mine was just i decorated it with cc, and then the next time i loaded my game newcrest was just a blank white screen and i couldnt click anything. I was able to fix the save by repairing my game through the ea app, but i havent placed a rental lot since bc im scared lol.
@@simgraze Yeah and it’s sad because for rent is such a good idea on paper, but it wasn’t properly executed so it’s very buggy. Definitely make backups of your save file, I’m working on one right now and I tend to back it up everytime I finish a building, also place your families and buildings on the gallery or your library especially since the new ep and update are coming soon in July. It has the possibility of corrupting or breaking saves especially with mods ❤️🫶🏾 I love your save file and builds continue being great
I’ve been using the cheat (and the mod by twistedmexi that allows you to have more total units in a save file) my worlds aren’t corrupted but I’ve had other issues with the lot type like my game crashing when loading one up in build mode or getting stuck on a save screen after placing one down and one of my sims that lives in one owns a restaurant but the business panel doesn’t show she owns it when I load up the household until I enter build mode. It’s worse when I use a sim that’s a landlord and owns the lot so I deleted that sim hopefully they’re still working on all these bugs with rental units I was away from the sims for a while and thought the last update had fixed it and then I started experiencing issues again a week later🥲
I have (2) questions. 1. What map replacements are you using 2. I wanted to create my own save file. But I wasn’t sure an easy way to move sims into houses due to the money restrictions?
these are both by dershayan, but i also use some by 20th century plumbob for some other worlds. also, if you open the cheat bar (ctrl +shift+ c) if you enable cheats (type in testingcheats on, press enter) and then type in freerealestate on (press enter) then you can have any sims household move into any lot regardless of money! hope this was helpful
also! when you’re switching between cx and no cc.. when you’re building.. do you disable cc ?? if so when you disable cc and work on a project will it eliminate all the cc previously? idk if that makes sense. if i disable cc and work and build and then enable it 2 days later.. will the cc still be intact ?
ok ive never know the answer for sure, but I think if you load into a lot without the cc installed it will delete it or replace it with in-game items, but if you load the save and dont load the lot it should be ok. I could be very wrong though but that's what ive experienced? usually I have cc saves and no cc saves, so that i can take the build or cas mods folder out easily and put them back in depending on what save im working in. usually i just have build cc disabled (in the build mode filters) rather than taking out all of my cc out, but right now since ive been working on this no cc save i have it all out except for essential mods and stuff. tbh idk for sure tho i try and b careful bc im scared of this exact thing. but my seasons lp save i use lots of mods and cc and when i load into it with everything back in my folder, its all fine as long as i didnt load it without the cc installed. (i hope this kinda made sense i feel like im just rambling lol)

yep! w better better build buy you can disable/enable build cc and also enable/disable in-game content so u can only see ur cc.
