Thanks for this. I just beat the capstone dungeon and there was no other information on this other than "farm nightmare dungeons" and im like... wtf is a nightmare dungeon. Every tip you gave was new to me, appreciate it. 👍

Is the glyph upgrade really the only reason to do this, or does it give better gear drops than non-nightmare?
I'm glad I watched this because I was confused with the redundant term "Nightmare".... I had just entered Tier 3
which is labeled Nightmare, so I assumed all the dungeons were also Nightmare.... silly me..... *sigh
Nightmare dungeons are (currently) the fastest way to level your character and only way to upgrade paragon glyphs. I don't think there is any evidence of NM dungeons having better loot than regular dungeons. I've been reading that once people hit level 100, they are finding way more 800+ item gear from regular dungeons instead. I would still focus on NM dungeons though because of leveling.
Yeah, bad word choice from Blizzard. They are still called Nightmare dungeons even if you are playing on Torment difficulty so I don't know what they were thinking.
How do you go to the dungeon? Will a portal appear going to that dungeon or will there be a map marker on where you should go? Sorry newbie question.
Right click on the Nightmare Sigil to use it and open up your map. It should automatically center the location of the dungeon and all you have to do is click on it. If it doesn't, the symbol for a nightmare dungeon is a red gate so look for that on the map.
Any thoughts on doing World Tier 4 vs World Tier 3 from a farming gear standpoint? I also have a necro (level 83) and I'm trying to get my lidless shield.

How can you craft them im obnly dropping tier 1 sigils in dungeons. Im Level 53 sorc
You have to complete a Tier 3 dungeon before the game allows you to craft sigils from the Occultist. All you can do is keep grinding until T2 and T3 sigils drop.
This fkng game makes me want to go back to Path of Exile no cap…
