I worked in a textile store in Thanjavur
What u saw in this movie is true but some variations are there.
They provided good lunch, accomodation, 12 hours shift by default and 1 day per week off, 2 days off per month is excessive because almost everyday u should go to work and during aadi, dewali etc no chance for leave to take for employees and they should work from morning 9 to next day early morning during dewali like period.
Supervisors, mangers will not respect u and often scrutinize u for no reason. Whatever hard work or dedication u put, no appreciation instead it's dictatorship by the supervisor and manager and admins.
I worked in CRM department where we collect customer data, countings and do analytics. I resigned that job in 2 weeks because of mental torture and severe stress.
Female workers just get 8000 rupees but standing day n night, some of them faint many times.
I'd suggest please don't let sisters or mothers work in a textile store
