For someone that only sleeps 1-2 hours a night if I am lucky, this is very relaxing and helps to wind down at the end of the day, which in turn helps with better quality sleep. Thank you Adam.

Stunning! How is it 10 hours of the exact same thing?? I guess this is a loop bc the sky doesn't change at all. But this is really good TV background to have on (volume down) for when guests are here or for a backyard party.
I can never fall asleep to white noise because it sounds so fake. This is REAL and I looove it! Also, those drone shots are gorgeous! I have a drone that I use all of the time, but I don’t live by a beach so I can’t take that beautiful of videos! 🐠😃📽
