Adorably sweet little guys at this age, and they will be sweet even as they get older! Gosh tortoises are so fun and friendly and they sure love their veg! I love it so much when they’re tiny 😭
For everyone hating on this video, these torts are obviously well taken care of and very healthy. They are also well socialized and loved based on how they react to human handling. The food you see is a healthy mash for them, not the dry pellets that are not very good for torts in the long run.
Its amazing how long Tortioses can live. I remember one woman in her close to 60s or 70's who had her pet tortoise since she was a kid and its still kicking. Quite awesome how they can live to 100 years or more. I understand what the fable of the tortoise and Hare means "Slow and steady wins the race"
My routine😂 1. Wake up(of course) 2. Go to my parent's room and annoy them 3. Use my phone 4. Wait for the food 5. Wait an hour so I can brush my teeth😂(ew) 6. Eat That's my morning routine! More like after noon routine!😃

I think, this vid gives a wrong idea about how to keep tortoises. Everyone who wants turtoises now: please get some more information! They're not easy to keep at all, especially if you live in a climate zone, that's very different to their natural habitate. Think about the costs. Keeping turtoises costs a few hundret bugs and you should do the investment, before you finally get your tortoise. 1. You shouldn't move and touch them if not neccessary. Just keep them in the same safe area all the time, even at night. If possible, let them be outside. 2. It's the best, to feed them fresh herbs and grass. These pellets habe the wrong nutrien ratio for them. Uh, and every future owner: please check out your local shelter. Sadly, it is very common, that people abandon their tortoises.

Turtles and tortoises are different animals.. turtles only have flippers (since they live in water) and tortoises back legs aren't flippers,they live in land.

For anyone here who wants a tortoise that doesn’t grow up to be giant I would recommend a Russian tortoise, they get no larger than a paper plate (at least mine doesn’t)
I used to have one when I was little,she was very small like the size of my hand and she didn't grew but sadly it passed away (I think she got sick) they are so fragile,I still miss her :(
@@dovydass7020 see I am live in himachal pradesh. They died 8 months ago in the month of January. The temperature in himachal pradesh that time is 1 or 2 celcius. And they were around two months ago. I tried my best to keep them warm. But the temperature dropped alot so they could not resist the cold. So they died. I tried alot to keep them warm. But they died.
I feel you 3 years ago my baby black pond turtle died because he was quite sick and we couldn't provide him a proper environment for him to live happily My friend got a baby turtle of the same species, her turtle walked out of her car and ran away 🐢🐢🐢

I love turtles, in my childhood I had a "red-eared" turtle (I don't know if this species is called the same in English). It was a female, she had red spots on her cheeks and was quite large because the hand of an adult woman. I loved her very much and now, when I watch turtles, I have a tear in my eye.😢🐢
