I own a salad bar here in Israel. It's good to see you guys working exactly like we do on the bar. Same proportions of tomatoes too since it's expensive per kilo. And all the other stuff lol. I love seeing it when others know what I know as a business owner lol

There is a limited amount of POV cooking on UA-cam. I particularly like seeing how it is done in a commercial setting. There are a few showing lots of breakfast cooking in diners, and Fallow restaurant in London had some great POV of both prep and service.

That food looks delish, but you cut the pork at the start, then the chicken using the same knife and didnt even change your gloves. What if a muslim had some chicken??
