Soetta T3 has in several ways improved. Removing the carpets has been definitely an improvement. It facilitates a smoother use of our carry on luggage. The lighting has definitely improved compared to around a year ago when the terminal by night was pretty gloomy. Today, it is much brighter and therefore more pleasant to wonder around also in the evening. The large number of very clean toilets in the departing hall is a Godsend indeed. Perfect ! However, before going through immigration there is only ONE toilet area and pretty far from the immigration parlor in the check in area. That is a major deficiency in T3. The second disaster is the limited amount of elevators and their minuscule size. All the T3 elevators can accommodate ONLY ONE trolley per elevator. This is unacceptable for the country's capital and most frequented airport. The same goes for the totally inefficient and difficult to reach Parkings. Just use a stopwatch and check how smooth entering, parking and exiting those parkings are. A real disgrace, it cannot be that difficult to built an efficient parking building for an international airport of the capital city, right ? Plenty of examples around the world. Please take an example of Carrefour or Ikea for elevators and parkings. Finally, plenty of white barren/empty walls. Take an example of Changi, no white walls, all skin/decorated. Some promising attempt was made in the luggage collection area. The greenery on the walls is really wonderful. Who on earth designed this airport that ultimately needs so many modifications !!! I was told it was a professor in architecture, is that true ? If so, he should have consulted the employees who daily work at the airport and foremost the seasoned passengers. But again, the airport has improved but only because the flaws became apparent very quickly.

      Hi kak,
