Ahhh, too bad you had to forfeit your deposit BUT you sure as Hale$ scored on this unit!!! Jeremy and I got excited when we saw the safe, trunk, toilet paper gold and the 3 motorcycles. Happy Treasure Hunting & Happy Selling!
Thank you so much you two. You have inspired me through your adventures and I look forward to many more to come. Thats a great ROI, it's the selling of everything that tends to be the real pain. Nobody does videos on that subject. Where the sell, keywords, how to reserach items, etc. Buying one and cleaning it out is the easy part. Congrats on the win and items, its been 4yrs since this was posted. Curious as to how it all sold and actuall profit margin. Thanks!
Thank you. Total sales exceeded $5,500. Most was sold on Facebook Marketplace and yard sales. A few eBay sales for small high dollar items. Another resource is the Maxsold. Great online auction site with local buyers.
@@patinadreams Hi, Hope things are well with you and yours! Thank you for the response, it can help others in persuing something like this. We all hope to find units like the one in your video. Plenty of good stuff to sell! Superb ROI.
How much did you end up getting for the cr250 and cr125 dritbikes, as they dont make them any more and are like gold, even an old bike before restoration can go for a nice amount
All bikes sold without titles. I received $1,000 for the Elsinore, $2,500 for the newer Honda and traded the Suzuki for a pedal bike that I later sold for $1,500
I would have liked to have that black dirt bike used to have a 78 dt 250 today i ride a 99 honda shadow 750 ace loved that tool chest too really need that tourqe wrench if you were closer to me i would have helped you

Hi! StorageTreasures employee here! I just want to let people know that choosing not to clean out the unit and just leave the cleaning deposit COULD and MIGHT get your account suspended and you might not be able to bid on the site anymore. Please keep this in mind if you are new to bidding.
Yes, as Cheli commented, this can get your account suspended if the storage unit management reports you to StorageTreasues.com. This did not happen at this time as the management was satisfied with the deposit but it is a risk.
This is all too common. I rarely find lockers without some sort of drug use connection. You can find a story going through the stuff and most times there are eviction notices or court documents showing how drugs lead them to this point.
@@patinadreams about 10 or 15 years ago I was with one of my lady friends and we drove past a storage facility and she said that storage places made her sad because they're usually full of stuff from divorces, separations, evictions, etc. Now every time I drive e past them, I get sad lol.
U no the 81 Honda 250 could be worth a lot more than 2k because I think that is a matel mulisha sign in the back side panel and matel milisha was full of 2 strokes that’s all they rode at that time and the bike was most likely brand new because matel mulisha was formed around 1980s anol and they had all black bikes this could be wrong in just saying because I noticed the all black bike and sign on the bike
There are two options to do that in Washington. All if the bikes were sold as parts bikes without title though. I know the Elsinore was heading for a restoration. I dont know about the other two.

Hello Chris. Thank you for the reply and compliment. The bikes all sold a while ago but I agree. The Elsinore was my favorite of the bunch.
Feel bad for ever lost this
FYI !!! I can't see your pop ups for motorcycles due to the similarities of colors and brightness. But besides that very good video

So we’re you able to get the titles for the bikes or what do you do when you find motorcycles in auctions?

Very nice first unit. Wouldn't it be nice if they all turned out as good? Happy treasure hunting and I'm going to be here for the full ride.
Thank you so much Chip. So true. We call lockers lottery tickets but we get a much better return. :)

Methadone? Poor people had opiate addiction troubles and lost everything.
