In terms of information, what about reading say Untethered Soul by Michael Singer, about observing the mind and connecting to the Soul? My intention is to connect to my Soul and the truth that I’m not the egoic personality, as opposed to desire for TF.

What about manifesting union, is it fear base energy? For example the use of law of assumption.
