I'm guessing it's in response to when Ryan said another man was speeding by that looked just like him and it wasn't him to which I replied to the other officer later on, we can debunk that later by voice. Given the in game mechanics, yes we have that to go on especially for a recording session. It also didn't end up being the case we buggs was a different character completely. But ok complain I guess. Like good lord buddy go get a life.
