This mod is cool. The jumpscares lol. Also, I'd be more interested in seeing Biffle, or whomever else plays against SSundee next time, also get the modded cards so that the fights do not become one-sided.
Alternatively, what about having the modded cards for SSundee and another set of modded cards which counter SSundee's modded cards for the other player? That being said, Biffle's perpetually firing spray gun was pretty strong and funny.

loved the video, the only issue is that any build in rounds gets countered big time by any exploding bullet+grow combo
and pheonix. You gotta have it, otherwise your gonna kill yourself. Really, unless you go for a drill sniper build or a block build, your gonna get so powerful that you kill youself. Bouncing build? chance to accidently kill yourself, explosion? kills you, homing? homes onto you
