Yeah I did
I always think that nobody would care, miss or know when I'm gone. But no matter what one thought one flame lingered refusing to die. Maybe that thought wasn't just a thought.
This video gives me chills every single time I watch it. Thankful that I serve a good God.
Now we must Go and Do what Jesus paid for. He said we would do Greater things than he did. So that means no more potlucks and hanging around the foot of his cross with tears in our eyes we must show our gratefulness by living the Life that he lived and drawing others to his Father who is now our Father. Amen 🙏🏾

It's really hard not to get emotional knowing we are just like Barabas, Jesus took the place for Barabas just like he did for us. Thank you Jesus
Did you know that the name of Barabbas when translated means son of the father. We are all His children so our name IS Barabbas

Hearing "wrists in wretched perforation" and also "desperate lungs resisting suffocation" really paints the picture of what Jesus went through for us. I was moved to tears when I heard this, we are all Barabbas.
We are all sinners all unworthy all inpure but even then he never stopped loving us.

Every time I hear that I think of the Precedents and kings and world rulers. That are dreadful. Who does not care for there own people. But themselves and power. But Jesus isn't like them. Thank you Jesus. For your Love and Sacrifice. On the ✝️

This Good Friday was the first time I had felt such a gut wrenching guilt for Jesus’s death. It infuriated me that such a pure man would die for a guy like me. But the anger and guilt that filled me only made the end of the story so much sweeter.

I was at COFO(Camp One Fifty One), and we watched this the first night we were there, I was just so enveloped into it to where I didn't WANT to pick up my phone, I was to focused on this, that I watched if fully through. Thank you Jesus!

Having a hard time with this. We have no other information on Barabas. So this is just made up to have a deep spiritual feel to it and make it relatable. Not trying to be a negative nancy here.
Hi Michael. Thanks for the honest opinion. It's true that there is limited information on the historical person of Barabbas; we agree with you about that. This piece of poetry uses the figure of Barabbas as a metaphor for all of us. Even at our very worst, we celebrate that God has pursued us and loved us.
It's not supposed to be a documentary, it's a metaphor for all of us.
