You are so right. I'm in the US, and we just celebrated Thanksgiving. With activities with friends and family keeping me busy, I didn't write down anything for days! I did some good things (stationary bike, walking through a holiday art market and ordering S and P foods when out with my son) but also had extra wine and carbs. I am going to start this evening by writing things down again.
I think it only works when we make it out top priority. As youve said before, life sometimes gets in the way! Iv personally put on 7lb so I want to claw it back before I end up having an extra stone to lose by Jan 🤣 I was thinking about SP!! Picky plates! Good luck hun! xx
I was 2lb away from my original target and moved it 7lbs lower. Since then I have put a stone on!!!! I admit I haven’t been 100% but have not changed anything drastically since before I changed my target when I was chipping away nicely 🙄 I keep going because I’m in the doldrums but I know I’ll rise above them at some point🤞🏻🤞🏻and everything will click back into place! Keep going 😘

As a SW target member I still have to write down at least my measured healthy extras and syns , even to maintain. I kept a more detailed daily diary when I was losing. As you say, it’s so easy to forget otherwise. Have a good week xx

I had 5 weeks and not 7 like you guys. I decided im going to try and lose 10lb in that time and last Monday was my first weigh in and I lost 2lb.. yay! Hoping for the same this Monday fingers 🤞 xx
Hi Claire I lost 5 stone with sw I think it is the alcohol that puts on weight I don't think it's so much the food coz most of the food you eat is fine. Using extra easy is good I did it and lost more weight in a week with that. I think you channel is great down to earth and honest keep going you will get there girly ❤
It is hard if that's what you like mine is crisps I'm terrible with them can eat 6 pk in one go lol. So now I don't have them in at all. Maybe try not to have wine in or just once at weekend . Hopefully that mite help you ❤
I have been struggling too. I put weight on last week because my hips and lower back were in pain and it was very cold. I ate more and excised less. I have done a bit better exercise wise this week. I find with the timetable I have it doesn’t work writing everything down. My meals times have been worse than normal. I will be finding out on Thursday blood test results. They may be telling me that I am pre diabetic. There may also be other things which was the case the last time.
Don’t worry hun. I think the fact that we’re still going to class and doing what we can. If we totally gave up, I think would be worse - not saying there is anything wrong If people do want to do that and start in January, but I need to be on it even if not 💯. I need to write things down too. I may do a few days of speed too ❤❤❤ I like tuna in an omelette too 😊. I’ve got the Sainsburys chilli to try on Monday at work with a wrap. It’s the flourish one and it’s 1.5 syns from Sainsburys. Don’t let the lbs gain bother you hun. It could be water or anything. I’ve lost 3 lbs in total so far. Yeah let’s go for half a stone. Just think if we stopped and didn’t carry on with it ❤❤❤❤❤xx
It’s defo me not slimming world I’m just very preoccupied with other stuff at the moment I’m not putting the effort in that’s needed 🤷🏻♀️ I need to work on my focus I know when I’m properly on plan I always get results 🙌🏼 hope you get out of your rut too c
