you all prolly dont give a shit but does any of you know of a method to log back into an instagram account..? I was stupid forgot the password. I love any assistance you can give me.
@Arthur Jimmy thanks for your reply. I got to the site thru google and Im trying it out atm. I see it takes quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Very good Video. Im now driving a 650gc for three years now, and selling it, im gonna buy an m6 just because I love the 6gc and need just more power and the M handling.. 👌🏼
M6 is a good choice for sure , just keep in mind it’s a heavy car and kinda hardcore in terms of livability . I recently got a g80 M3 and it’s so much softer on a daily bases
3 years later still the best review on youtube dealing with the m6! Great knowledge bro! I live in NY looking nationwide for a comp pack. How many miles should in go for?
Thank you . In terms of mileage the lower the better ( I would want to stay below 50k miles), also less owners is ideal so possibly 1 or 2 owners, another aspect would be the general condition of the car, you can tell if a car is abused from wear and tear in seats or exterior. So I would stay away from anything tuned ( sign of abuse). The equation is the same as any other used cars , they dropped in value recently too so that’s a positive for Potential buyers . Good luck finding one
@@Oversteer ive noticed no dealer list 600 hp for 2016 comps is it true all comp packs after 2016 is 600? They all say 560 or 575? No 590s. I really boticed the long distance needed for braking that you stated in the video is ceramic gold brakes a must ?
@@ChozenNYC my car had Nitto tires which I think played a role in the degraded braking, I bet Michelins would be better . Ceramic brakes is something I would avoid due to the high cost of replacement (8k or so) . All competition 2016 and up m6 come with 600hp (590) , while M5 stays at 575 ( except for 30 yahre edition that comes with 600 ) . If interested i can help you find one directly from auction.
Great video, very informative especially maintenance issues you have experienced. Thanks for the tips. With all that you know now would you buy again or purchase a Mercedes S-63 instead? Thanks
Thank you for your input. I always considered a Mercedes S63 which makes a lot of sense to me . But those are two different cars with two different targets , the M6 is just a sports car that has four doors , it’s low to the ground and the suspension is stiff and it’s transmission is DCT which all makes you think you are in a small sporty racing car. The S63 is quite the opposite , it’s luxury and comfort then comes power .
@@Oversteer well you can only do it will still under the original maintenance plan If you passed 40k miles, you need to do those two services if they werent done I extended mine by 2 years for $3000 so it would cover those two services and obviously the brakes, rotors, oil change, brake fluid, air filters, etc in the two years. If you are out of the original maintenance plan and cant extend it, your next bet is to sign up for their unlimited oil change plan for $200 for 3 years
@@socommaster I remember now , it was not eligible for that plan due to it being a Canadian import . Sold the car now anyway . Ordered a G80 M3 instead
freedomfighter84 get it inspected for any mechanical issues and for oil leaks , and shop for a warranty with it for piece of mind . I would go competition to be honest .
I sold it mainly because it’s felt too heavy for what I like, I recently as of last year got a 2022 G80 M3 and just sold it actually too. The m3 was everything I needed just missed a bit of soul that I went searching for a could not find . It has a few videos on the channel
@@Oversteer did you buy something new? I have the 650ixdrive I was thinking of getting it tuned. Is there any tune that does not void the warranty? I'm m planning on purchasing another home so I'm going to hold on to it for now.
@@rdcrtny1405 now in current market conditions seems like buying new is a better choice, since used car market prices are almost like new. It’s certainly more annoying than your average torque converter , that’s one of the reasons bmw switched to the zf8hp in their newer M cars . Then all the journalists in the car world started complaining about the zf8hp not being as fast or engaging like the DCT , but they really missed the point Which is that The zf8hp is better and more livable with for 99 percent of the time .
@Forever Solvent I don't find it annoying. I have a 2015 F13 M6 Competition. Duel clutch is in the middle of manual and automatic. There is no park you have to put the car in neutral then pull handbrake and it also rolls back before acceleration like a manual. I also have a 16shelby gt350 which is obviously manual so maybe it's just me finding the M6 easier to drive coming out of the shelby.
I totally understand the disagreement, it’s a matter of personal choice . I like it’s sound with the m performance exhaust because it’s muted with a nice symphony of bass that goes louder with the revs without being noisy or annoying for a long trip or daily . I never thought I would Like the sound this much Until I lived with it , and again it’s a matter of personal choice . Those things are objective
Indeed bro, this 6 series is amazingly beautiful! For me is the most beautiful BMW ever. Its so wide and low. Its just breathtaking.

What a fantastic car🔥. Colour is 🔥 too !!
Love this ///M6 😩😩👏🏽👏🏽
Best review ever hope to own this one day
Thank you I appreciate it
Really good review. I get that it's firm being a competition model but does it ride nicely in comfort mode?
Honestly it’s rough in any mode but still livable on daily.
Awesome video, man.
Keep it up
Thank you Bro
Very much true about masking the speed , such a great car though no question about
