My coping mechanism is food as well. That's why fasting is such a mental challenge that I battle with every time I try. When the stresses of life get to me, I just want to eat and be comforted, but I have to remember my goals. Gotta keep moving!
Me too! I turn 27 in November. I want to enter my 27th year with a bang. I want my last year's in my 20s to be my best health and fitness wise. 40 to 60 day water fast is my Goal.

The last 4 days have been terrible but I am going to make my bone broth tomorrow and hopefully it clears up the nausea when I take it so I can continue fasting.

Tip about the butter in coffee ☕ use a nutribullet to blend it. The taste is very different. It tastes like cream in coffee then. And the nutribullet can be used to make smoothies too.
Same here. It's more difficult to focus on my writing when I'm hungry. I make sure to take my electrolytes in my water and it makes it slightly better.
Lower back pain is not your kidneys, it's usualy your gallbladder pumping acid and causing referred pain to the spinal cords. If you dont have a gallbladder, then might be something else.
@miss judy. Tip: on your next fast.... do a Bone Broth fast. Its very nutritious so you wont experience low energy and mood crashes as much. If you can buy your Bone Broth at "Whole Foods".... for a variety of flavors of broths.

Thanks love 💕 it’s still a little too tight 🙈 but I’m glad I was able to zip it.. by Nov 1 it might not be this tight! I did rolling 5’s (only eating on weekends) in the past, worked equally the same as these prolonged fasts, but the fact that I had to always start again on mondays was too much for me.. because starting is always the hardest I’m now learning more towards Omads and ADFs
I have a question, did you also experience a slow weight change or nun at all during menstrual flow 😢 or is it me only? #worried And why is it like that?
You have the will, if you don’t hit the sky at least you will land on the moon… those are results you will be very much pleased with, better than you are today. You have a lot to lose, so you will see the kgs shedding off very quickly I wish you all the best ❤️

I haven’t found a greater motivation than keeping my eyes on the goal… otherwise I would have eaten each time

I have been very sad because I am going through a breakup. God told me to fast today, so I am not allowed to use food to cope with emotional today.
Its the coffee that makes lips darker.
can you please talk about concentration during extended fast... for example studying for classes etc it is very difficult for me
