With your current bots, it should be possible to get 30/30 bots and 11/11 Puzzles. However, in the Arid City Area (after clearing Going Loco), 1 Special Egg needs 250 bots, and the final bot requires all 300 bots and all puzzle pieces. I think you'll also need 64 Puzzle Pieces to unlock Safari Park for the final 2 Eggs. None of those are counted as "Rescued Bots" though. So aside from those, everything else should be accessible. (assuming you already cleared Going Loco)
My tip is to avoid using Double Jump when getting to the other side. You should automatically "stick" so it's all joystick from there. Hope this helps!

How did you do the 90 bit?
I have 217 bots so far. Can i complete the Crash Site 100%? Or do i need to collect 270 bots before i can access all areas?

It's possible to get 308 bots now which helps with unlocking the last level "early"
