Is it okay if I already have a huge employment gap, but I'm just eager to get back at employment and want a career shift towards a bilingual career? Currently I'm learning Spanish and Korean and trying to get them to a higher level.

Yes! We have a lot of Japanese speaking jobs that doesn't require Bachelor's Degree as long as you can speak Japanese. :)
