    Nice video,great ideas. I came across one paper artist who put together bundles of paper tied them up and left them outside tied to her fence. I think they were out there for several months and the results were beautiful.

    I enjoyed seeing these beautiful journals very much. They have such a perfect variety of materials in each one. Corrugated cardboard is always a fun texture! I love that it can be flattened or left as is, torn randomly or cut cleanly, painted or not...and it has such a unique sound in a journal!

    Really like the idea of the magnet. Genius! Can you get Tyveck fabric at a fabric store like JoAnn fabrics? Not familiar with that fabric. How do you get upholstery fabric?

    • @MargareteMiller
      @MargareteMiller 5 місяців тому

      Hi! Not at a fabric store. You can find tyvek at an office supply store, for envelopes made of tyvek. Then just cut down the envelopes. Also, Home Depot sells it but in HUGE rolls. They now use it to wrap around houses to keep the moisture out between the walls and the outside. I don't think you want such a large quantity, though 😉❣️

      The very first 52-prompt of yours that I did is my favorite journal. In it, I also incorporated texture and a few interactive features. Some of the pages in the Ukrainian dictionary remind me of that journal, and it tickles me to think that, for a few hours anyway, I was able to "create like Margarete"! I absolutely love this flip-through video. Thanks for sharing your ideas and creativity!

    These are lots of fun but I'm wondering what does one do with them? It doesn't appear there is actual writing space so does that mean it's basically a coffee table type book?

    • @MargareteMiller
      @MargareteMiller 5 місяців тому

      It can be. I like to use them as places where I can explore being creative and they are stored as if they are a book. That means I can place them in a bookshelf to admire later, too 😉❣️👏🏼
