Based on the ingredients (or lack thereof), this is not authentic Cajun seafood boil. They just hopped on a trend, so they could add a huge markup to some cheap shrimp, crab & lobster, because of the “experience.”
I’m with you. I do love Cajun boils but that is over the top. When I catch my spiny lobsters in the keys I’ll take a tail most days, cut it’s up really think and just put on on my boat rail with some lemon and maybe squeeze a slice of orange on it. Let the sun do its thing while I go dive for some more and snack on it when i get back to the boat. Not saying that’s the best but it’s tasty when you are out doing the work to catch them so you can get back and make a real meal off of them
